Quality Inn Spanish Fork North

The room was well appointed and the beds were comfortable.

The carpets were filthy, the air conditioner didn't work, and breakfast was inadequate.

The only positives were that the bathroom appeared reasonably clean and the bed sheets were clean, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, those things weren't enough to make up for the overall condition of the property.

Check-in took forever, and the front entrance was filthy. The room had no kitchen lights, no hand soap in the bathroom, ugly red curtains, and brown stains on the floor. It did not feel clean or well maintained.

The location was good.

Nothing was exceptional about this hotel. It is dated and needs a facelift. Sheets and towels were both very thin. Breakfast was subpar with only the ubiquitous waffle as the freshest item.

I could hear the patron in the next room like they were right there. The shared locked door between the rooms was so thin I could hear the tv, the toilet flush and their phone conversation while they talked on their phone speakers, even with my tv on!

Clean, inexpensive, breakfast available, soft sheets & pillows.

The non automated front doors, my arms are often full coming and going so opening the heavy doors is annoyingly complicated.

The breakfast was just ok. The equipment in the breakfast was dirty. The outside of coffee pot and food trays need to be wiped down daily.

toilet had flushing issues, had to take tank lid off to flush and refill the water each time. housekeeping does not speak English and was knocking at door each morning even tho I had do not disturb on door knob pushing towels and toilet paper at me?

There was blood in various places all over the room. When I requested a new room I was informed they were fully booked and could not move me. So we did the best we could to cover the blood spots with towels and slept horribly. It was disgusting!

Quietness

We wanted to have lunch. We were walking to the restaurant so we asked if we could leave our luggage for a few hours. Oh boy!! I think she thought we wanted her first born. And her dog. She of course said NO. Thanks!!

Convenient location. Breakfast was delicious.

There were things broken that were not fixed. The hallway bathroom in the lobby, the ice machine on our floor (3rd) It was all very inconvenient.

Good location, nice room, shopping real close by.Breakfast was ok, not spectacular.

Smelled very musty, older man at desk check in was EXTREMELY RUDE AND GROUCHY. Put do not disturb sign on door, maid went in anyway..

The manager on staff the morning we left would not even respond to a a 'Good Morning' or 'Thank you' as we left. Very dour attitude.

Have you ever noticed when the name of the hotel is like quality inn its anything but quality or comfort inn same not co.fort at all if you like stinky filthy run down moldy did I say sticky wow did it smell bad never again

Honesty. I didn't like this hotel. There were stained hand towels in my room. That's disgusting. The parking was not to my liking. The sprinklers around the parking area where I parked sprayed my truck.

Beds and pillows very comfortable, right in heart of food and shopping..

Bathroom, had mold in shower, no toilet seat cover, sink area needs brighter lights. TV channels at night kept going in and out..unable to watch any shows. The older man at desk and older housekeeper were very rude, unfriendly, and need to learn to smil

Shower water was not very hot. Shower did not drain and fixtures loose and flopping around. Coffee maker in room did not work. Breakfast was bad: Eggs dry and tasteless, Pre-pack muffin was old and dry, and the coffee there tasted burnt. I gave up.
