Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Spanish Fork Provo

I arrived (very early) & talked to the guy at the desk to be sure my family members arriving later could get into their room,, if I was not there when they came. He assured me that they could, but checked to see if I could get into a room early& ! could.

I was typically unimpressed with the food but that's because I am salt and sugar sensitive and there isn't much for me

I was disappointed in the quality of the bedding. The sheets were rough & not ironed. The edges were curled up. The top sheet barely covered the bed. The pillows were very lumpy. I will at least take my own pillow on my next stay there.

Great location on and off freeway

The sheet had a few stains, which I then slept onto of the blanket, the body wash container in the shower was empty and there was no light bulb in the lamp at the desk. I let the front desk know the situation when we checked out.

Beautiful room. Breakfast was great.

Only one roll of toilet paper. Had to ask for more. Pool out of order. Peloton bike but no recumbant bicycles.

I loved that it was clean and updated. The team was very helpful and speedy at check-in. My kid loved their season pancake and waffle batter in the breakfast buffet.

The staff was amazing. Fast to fix the TV cord and very friendly.

The pool closed earlier than I'd like.

The man who checked me in was absolutely charming!!

The pool was overrun with people bringing their ¿family¿ into the pool. They were not staying in the hotel.

The bed was so soft! The room was very clean! The employee that was working at the desk was very friendly and informative.

Eggs and sausage were cooked good but were gross. Need more pillows in the room. The nonrefundable fee for incidentals after we already paid for the room is ridiculous.

Breakfast and location

Your listing showed parking included and it wasn¿t. Disappointed I had to pay an additional $10 per day to park.

We came from California and stayed in room 418. The view of the mountains was gorgeous. The beds were so clean an comfortable and I had the best sleep I havent had for a long time. We enjoyed the indoor pool and spa, and my husband the gym. Breakfast good

Just would suggest to add hash browns to the complimentary breakfast menu. Other hotels Ive stayed at offered hash browns with their complimentary breakfast when serving hot foods.

Location to the purpose of my trip.

On-site shortage of staff caused the published - breakfast included to be limited in selections.

Clive hotel, very modern. Dinning area was kept very clean. Pool and tub were great. Overall a nice stay.

Room needs more areas to hang bath and hand towels. Room also needs to have more toilet paper, soap, and towels for guests who reserved more than just one or two nights. Pack and play was dirty, but lady at the front desk generously wiped it down.

The hotel was great, very clean & the beds were very comfortable.

We reserved a room for handicapped accessible, & we didn¿t get that. The room was very tight trying to get the wheelchair through it.

As we stayed 5 nights, would have liked more variety for breakfast

The staff were friendly. We appreciated the breakfast accommodations the hotel made.

As part of our stay, we were going to watch the college football bowls, one of the channels featuring the bowls was not available in our room. However, the channel was broadcasting on all televisions in the hotel, but ours. We reported it to the staff.

Location and cleanliness.

The pool was closed and the sack breakfast was not what I expectedfor a Hampton Inn. The price per night should have been discounted due to these two issues.

Barn door doubling for the bathroom and the closet.

We appreciate the special service to help us feel comfortable. We enjoy and depend on the handicap room.
