- The manager,was very friendly. If checking for reviews, look for the most recent. The hotel is much better than we expected.
- Staff was really nice, room was large and affordable
- Excellent customer service! They give cookies to guests upon check in and I asked if they had any gluten free (celiac) and they immediately handed us several fruit snacks ? it was so clean, nice room & lots of room for breakfast.
Cons -
- Bathroom was small. Not the best breakfast, but OK.. Crappy televisions. We went to the breakfast area/ common space to watch the 75" Samsung. Hotel employee let us screen share a hockey game from our phone that was not on the cable in our room.
- Pool and hottub were not open, not listed anywhere online. We found blood on our bathroom floor? Showers had no water pressure and were dirty.
- Roach was the room,on the bed, the fridge didn?t work. It was horrible
