Hilton Garden Inn Waco

Clean

At around 9pm when I arrived the entire parking lot was full and had to park at the neighboring Hilton property.. it was a very short walk though.

The size of our room was awesome and the shower was very nice.

Beds are terribly hard and uncomfortable. My body hurt so bad in the morning. Breakfast was pretty expensive and they wouldn't let us drink at the bar. You need to order and drink it up in your room.

We stay at this Hotel everytime we visit our son at Baylor. They are the most pleasant group of employees at any hotel I have ever stayed. The rooms are also huge.

Great hotel no dislikes.

The cleanliness, view from the window, staff, and ,location.

The kids above us running around

The bed was very comfortable, the room was incredibly clean, and the shower was updated and had excellent water pressure! The staff was very friendly and check-in was super easy.

This hotel was great! I would stay here again.

Really nice hotel. Rooms were large and looked great..

Was very hard to get to and not near anything.

This hotel was very clean, had fantastic amenities, and was in a great area of town with restaurants within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend it!

The rooms are nice

The staff was not overly helpful and I had to wait each time I went to the desk. The are not clear about their services, if breakfast is free, if they offer room service, etc. The bed is very uncomfortable. Did not sleep well and caused back pain.

Location was great, very clean with top notch amenities and incredible staff

Nice comfortable rooms. Upscale perfect for the price.

Always a comfortable bed and pillows at Hilton Garden Inns.

Didn¿t know they would drop a $28.00 bill on our table for breakfast!

I was wonderful!

The first room they gave us needed repairs but the front desk was very accommodating.

Pillows are not good. Very squishy flat. There was no firmness to them at all.

It is very well located and their cleanliness is excellent

The hotel's cleanliness is incredible. Very well located

Very friendly staff, clean, and great location

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like

Breakfast wasn’t free! It was $15 a person on a room that was $350 a night! The hotel smelt like mildew from the mops they use. Room was dirty and they didn’t service our room either. Pillows where small and old and beds where hard as a rock.

The shower leaked. With the glass door closed, most of the water ended up outside of the shower and we had to use a bath towel to soak up the water. Also, the toilet didn't flush well.
