The rate and the amenities. The pool looked nice. The included breakfast was a typical continental type.

There was a slight pet odor in the floor we were in. More so in the hallway than the room.

Room and cleanliness

Staff did not know how to add an addition day and wanted me to fully check out the check back into the same damn room. She said she confirmed this with her manager. She sounded 16 years old.

Convenience for access, location seems safe.

There was construction nearby and the breakfast was not very good.

I didn?t choose a disabled room but ended up in one. The shower splash out onto the entire floor of the bathroom. I would not have wanted anyone needing this type of bathroom to use this particular one. It created a very slippery floor in the entire bathr

Well i can't tell much about this hotel because whe we got to the front desk of the towneplace by marriott, we find out they have put us on a cheaper hotel, the reason they gave us that they unfortunelly had over sold some rooms so i am not happy at all.

Yes , i did'nt like that they send us to a cheaperhotel at the last minute , they should have notified us in time before we got there that was a very bad inconveniance and experience, not a great way to do business. Hopefull i will get reinbursed.

Service was great. Location was great.

Breakfast was edible, but juice was watered down, gravy was extremely salty, and there wasn't any meat, just eggs. Fix the OJ. Don't be cheap.

The room 104 did not have Heat and the Bathroom toilet was broken and running all night

The floors in the room were sticky and there was do hair on the carpet and furniture.

In the 2 bedroom suite, it only had one small bathroom, rooms were very tight with just a full size bed, not queens. Room sleeps 6 but only had 4 towels and when asked for more, 2 were given. Housekeeping never came. The worst part was finding roaches.

Friendly Staff. Great Location. Very Clean and everything in working order. Pool was very nice!

Beds were too hard. Lights from the parking lot filtered into the room. Breakfast was ok, not great.

Staff was friendly and accommodating

First room had a smoke smell and so we were moved to a second room. Unfortunately, the second room was dirty with dirt accumulated in the entryway corners along with a small dead centipede-like bug - pretty gross. Not a great hotel.

Very clean rooms and lobby

I wish they would further differentiate between North and South hotels. Went to wrong one first, 30 miles out of my way. Staff at both places said that confusion between the hotels happens all the time.

Hotel employee was super helpful and cheerful on check-in, and that made the end of a long drive much better. Comfortable bed, room sets up well to be able to work and plenty of things around to keep busy. Great property and staff.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Needed updated. Looked like someone had previously used a crow bar on our room door. Floors were not vacuumed or swept. Would've asked for new room if we hadn't of been so tired from traveling and arriving late. Sheets were clean at least.

Excellent rooms, size, and amenities. This has been one of the best hotel stays we have had. Their handling of hot breakfast while COVID is a concern has been one of the best I¿ve seen amongst hotels.

The management wasn’t professional but the staff made up for it.
