Very friendly staff, clean hotel, and a great breakfast

It was under construction, and our first hotel room door would not open, but it was quickly remedied.

I received a charge (I believe it was an incidentals deposit) from the hotel that I still have not received a credit for.

The facility was clean, and the staff was terrific. The young lady handling the continental breakfast did a great job making sure everyone was taken care of (all by herself). Kudos to the staff, keep up the great work!

Was traveling with a child so I was looking for an indoor pool. The pool was dirty and hot tub didn¿t work

Little difficult to find with all the Hwy Constructuon detours, but vey quiet, friendly hotel staff, clean rooms, ice machine works!! And many variety of good places close by

Staff is welcoming and quick to get you to your room. These beds keep me coming back to Best Western Plus Hotel! The pillowtop mattress is cozy yet firm enough and pillows are great! Cleanliness everywhere! Breakfast and swimming pool top of a great stay!

The 12:00 checkout is most helpful so I never feel rushed to get on my way!

The room was not cleaned. There an oxygen mask left over from a previous person. The shower floor was also not cleaned and slimy. Old ice cream was left in the fridge as well.

We have stayed here before. Staff always friendly and helpful.Rooms are nice. Hot breakfast. Will stay again if that area.

Little things. Mini fridge in room didn¿t work. Toilet seat was about to fall off. TV remote didn¿t work half the time. Items listed on breakfast menu were not available.

The front desk clerk was nice.

The room was dirty and had a dingy smell. The bathroom was dirty and had stuff all over the floor and the tub was dirty and had hair all over it. The ac heater unit was very loud and the hallways stunk. The hot tub was yellow when we arrived and the pool

Staff was extremely friendly. When we arrived the hotel had been overbooked but she found something for us. The rom was clean. The temperature was perfect. Bathroom was clean

It isn¿t right of the interstate like I thought. .

Breakfast

Mattresses are worn and at very least need to be rotated so that night stand position becomes the position away from nightstand. Bedding did not seem fresh.

Yes. Do not stay here! Staff is horrible and rude. Our fridge in our room was broken, bedbugs were reported the morning of our check out. Hotel smelt funky. Parking is very limited.

The location was ideal. Staff was decent.

The king bed was sunken in. If you tried to lay on either side, you automatically rolled into the center. All 4 pillows were lumpy, but thin. This was by far the most uncomfortable night we've had. We considered sleeping in our car. Hot tub was closed.
