Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Waco South By IHG

Close to area we needed to be at, and lots of restaurants.

They need to improve on their breakfast.

Location and friendly, helpful staff

There seems to be no soundproofing in walls-too much noise.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, good rate.

Location is a little off the main path.

Good Location

Only one working elevator and we were on the top floor so we were always waiting for an elevator

The room we had was very nice and spacious! Also, the breakfast had a great selection.

Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order. We understand these types of things happen, but walking up three flights of stairs with luggage was not fun.

This was our second time staying at Holiday inn express. It will be our go to from now on. Clean Rooms and showers. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

I dont really have any negative remarks to give.

I went to the hotel with my grandchildren because it had a pool. I was told when I got there,that it wasn¿t working. Then I was told to use the next door pool, at the other hotel. So we went went over, only to find that pool was out of order.

We were in town visiting so this was a great home base. The location was great, out of the way but close to shopping, eating, etc. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The lady at breakfast was especially nice.

It appears they may have been short staffed because the trash was overflowing in the dining room and liquid was spilled in several places, and not mopped up, and there were not enough cones, apparently to warn people that the floor was wet, Cole omelettes

Customer service was excellent. Very clean hotel.

The bed was very firm.

The staff was very friendly.. the room was exceptional..and I was able to rebook at the last minute when I had to.

Wish there had been an extra blanket in the room.

Common areas were not clean especially the floors. Than ran the vacuum late in the evening just outside our room. But the floors still looked bad in the morning.

We unfortunately had an unruly, poorly supervised kid staying in the room above us. For the first time ever we had to call the front desk to complain as he had spent the previous 10 minutes jumping from bed to bed and falling on the floor repeatedly.

Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was wonderful. Coffee was excellent!

Was given double occupancy instead of king or queen bed. We asked if we could be put in other room and the answer was no. Staff could have been more helpful

The location was great for the trip we took, the staff was very friendly, the room met our expectations. The breakfast selection was quite nice and we were not expecting that.

We have often enjoyed Holiday Inns, but it seems that in the past few years they just aren't like they used to be. The bedroom decor and furniture are well kept.

The room is great, but the the shower has rust around the edges and the rooms smelled like smoke because of another guests smoking elsewhere in the hotel.
