Homewood Suites By Hilton Waco

The room size and set up is fantastic! The breakfast was great!

Our shower pan was peeking up in some spots so it seemed a bit worn out.

The suite was amazing

The whole reason I booked this suite was a b day party for my daughter so girls could swim. The pool was getting maintenance so it was closed. We were all VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Friendly staff from check-in to food service to check-out. Great location, clean, exceeded our expectation!

No complaints!

Felt like a generally newer property with facilities still in good shape and inviting. Location was easy access to the area without being in the middle of everything.

There were a few small items that needed to be addressed (closet door not well functioning) and the TV was missing an IR receiver for the remote so it wouldn't work. But the administration team responded quickly and took care of everything as needed.

Proximity to hospital

Bed was hard as a rock, parking wasn¿t adequate and the elevator door had to be manually pushed in for it to close.

Bed, kitchen

Tv broke, pool closed

Very clean and friendly staff.

The decorative curtains in my room were certainly more decorative than useful. I tried to close the blackout curtains to cover the blinding lights outside the hotel room but the setup & the design of the curtains prevented the ability to do so.

Excellent room, very clean and modern features, dishwasher, large size microwave, full size fridge, nice king bed.

Loaded all my baggage on the cart and went up to my room,  got to the room and could not get in. employee was dead Person on duty was a moron priority was to take towels to other guests but not get me into a room so I sat in the hallway for 20 minutes at 1am

Location was quiet but convenient. Parking was great and room was comfortable and very clean

Our room was next to an exit and there was door slamming at all hours

The location.

It was not very clean. Dirt on the commode top. One dirty pillow case. The says no pets allowed except therapy pets. There was a small dog in the breakfast area. I let the hotel staff know. I had better experiences previous stays at this hotel.

Neat and clean with a friendly staff.

Repairs above us began at 8 am and sounded like a jigsaw was being used.

The room was basic with all the amenities we needed. Both King size bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Price was reasonable. Hotel was about 10 minutes from downtown Waco, and was easy to find.

The king suite was such a great room. Separate bedroom and living area was nice. Had everything you needed for a home away from home.

Only thing I did not like was how hot the elevators were.

Comfortable bed, soft sheets, we liked the separation of bedroom from living room & kitchen, The 2 breakfasts we had were great & offered a nice variety to please everyonThe light dinner served was a nice surprise.

Loved the lay-out of the rooms, with bedroom, separate living room and kitchenette. We felt like we had a lot of room to spread out.

Nice sized room. Kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. Location was just off the highway making it nice location with restaurants close by.

The room was clean and nicely furnished. We liked having the separation between the bedroom/living area. Enjoyed the pool, wifi, on-demand shows/movies, social hour, breakfast.

Can't think of a thing.

Room was clean. location was convenient and easy to find. Liked the basketball court, tho we didn't use it. My grandson had fun on the walking path and bridge. Would recommend hotel with warnings about beddingbut probably wouldn't stay there again myself

We had 3 adults and one child, so we got a room with king bed and sleeper sofa. We had to got across the street to buy 4 pillows as their's were terrible. The mattress on the sleep was super thin, we felt every crossbar. Breakfast was ok.

Free dinner

Old carpet snell

Staff, cleanliness, & location. For a hotel already 7 years old, it appeared to be brand new! Ambiance terrific! Would highly recommend it! Patrick from Mansfield,TX
