The spacious clean rooms, two vanity areas, pool and hot tub all wonderful.

Staff was less than helpful, didn?t greet, didn?t even mention the complimentary breakfast

The king suite was very comfortable

The sheets for the pullout were not in the closet and late at night we had to go get them. Also - It was far off the beat and path.

The room was large and clean. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The breakfast was very good. Stuff friendly.

The staff not very friendly! Breakfast was terrible had to go to McDonald¿s¿ Pool was nasty and the bar needs to be closed ! For 150 dollars a night I expected a lot more for my money! Holiday inn express beats you hands down¿.

. The breakfast was very disappointing this time. No waffle maker as before,only 1 flavor of yogurt , no biscuits and gravy , no scrambled eggs. Instead, a soufflé with jalapeño. Very little choices for kids to eat. Nothing like before when we were here

Staff were very friendly. Everything was very clean. Firm mattress. Lots of choices for breakfast. Lots of toppings for the oatmeal.

Furnishings scuffed up a bit. Mattress could have used a topper. Oatmeal at breakfast was lukewarm and had to fish the oats out of the water. Coffee wasn't hot. No real cream for coffee, just flavored creamers. Fridge was VERY tiny with no freezer on top.

Glad you asked this question!!! We had 3 people in our room, we left out for the day and returned. We had no room service to our room and was told that we wouldn¿t have room service until the 3rd day¿ Unexceptionable, no clean towels , water or coffe¿

Breakfast was amazing with otamilk for cereal and stevia packets for coffee. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.the room was clean, nice looking, and the staff were amazing!

The bed was hard

I was charged for extending my stay. I do not know why this occurred. We checked out at 8:30 AM. Can you help me rectify this?

Sheets had stain. At checkin clerk was wearing a t shirt and charged me an extra nite...Not good..dated..greasy feel to the place...Not 3 stars as advertised.

Dogs allowed in the breakfast area. Dog was eating scrambled eggs off a plate that was placed on the floor by its owners. Also people in pajamas in the breakfast.

It was quiet clean and comfortable. The breakfast service was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Staff was friendly and courteous and maintained plenty of social distancing. Hotel was very comfortable. Bed was a little hard, but overall, a great experience.

No everything was great

The staff was very helpful and kind. There was some issues with the room I booked, BUT the staff definitely made it up by letting us sit in the hot tube after hours and lowering my rate. Every time I visit, the lobby and rooms are so clean!

A little further from Magnolia market (not convenient but still close), pool wasn't monitored (kids diving, eating and drinking in the pool and whirlpool). There's cameras and no one ever came in to just check. Another guest had to call the desk and repor
