It was dirty and did not have butter for toast. The eggs were horrible

The rooms are run down, broken mirrors and just run down. The beds are HORRIBLE, they are so firm and uncomfortable.

Friendly staff and nice room. Good breakfast

Indoor pool ingested and hot tub broken so neither useable

Booked this hotel specifically for location and a hot tub. Was disappointed to find out it wasn't working. Was not told that at check in or we would have went somewhere else

TV never worked. Reserved king room, got queens. Just run down.

The hotel is nice, updated , and the staff was friendly.

The room was very dirty. Although the bathroom and the sheets were clean, the room was in dire need of being dusted and vacuumed. Crumbs on the carpet, dirt behind the door.

The front desk staff was very kind

The AC window unit was broken, our phone and tv didn¿t work, we got locked in the pool room multiple times. It was stressful.

It's location to the freeway was nice.

The man at the front desk seemed to not care if we were there or not. They had run out of the type of room we prebooked. Pillows were small and only 2 per bed. Looks like blood splatter on the white shades. Not horrible but a below average hotel.

Nothing to like Didn¿t even have any bottled water. Had bottled water the next morning for 2.00!

Checked in and staff did not mention there was no running water. We found out when we got into room. Toilet non working due to no water. With 2 adults and kids, you can imagine how horrible this was. Tv didn¿t work either. Would¿ve liked to know this..

For being a hotel near the interstate, this was a hidden gem. The room was clean and quiet. The amenities (free breakfast and hot tub) were great.

The room was pretty decent and the ladies at the front desk were friendly.

The indoor pool was super cold. There was guests smoking pot and when we went to the pool area it was a super strong smell. While the ladies at the front desk were nice and friendly, they weren’t very professional.

Bed was comfortable.

Terrible check in experience. No hot water available to take a shower in the morning. Cold breakfast. I would never stay at this hotel again.

The ottoman had a big rip on it which made me give it a low grade if management were on top of their game this would not pass inpection. This is what I would expect from a one star hotel.
