Was very surprized. Room was very clean. Bed comfortable with fresh smelling smelling bedspread.Room furnished with kitchen 2 burner slick top stove, nice sink, microwave and larger frige. Bathroom clean, halls clean. Was so pleased that also stayed there

The girl who checked me in was very nice when I asked for ice got a baggie of ice and help getting online. There is a refrigerator in the kitchenette but she says the ice trays kept being stolen, bring some cups or ice trays if you want to make ice
I prefer a softer bed
I was really upset at the value. Very old and rundown looking to me . The breakfast was not at all like other hotels even 2.5 star hotels.

Quite difficult to find. GPS did not recognize the address. We phoned for help several timesphone was picked up then deleted. Upon arrival, the clerk said the phone did not ring. I showed her the number called & she verified it was the correct number.
One of the staff members was nice and understanding. The manager was not and was not friendly at all.
Yes, the air conditioner did not work at all. It was boiling hot for the entire stay. I let them know ahead of time I had a pet and was not told I was going to have to pay an additional fee when I got there. Once I arrived, I had to pay a deposit.

The staff was the best part of the hotel..she was kind and understanding..when ever I got mail she will call my room right away and inform me.
