Other than the desk chair, there was no “seating area” Plus, although I was there 3 nights & 3 days, I didn’t receive ANY Maid Service at all 🤔

Location

The room was ok, musty smell in the room. Minor repairs needed to be cleaned up, linens could have been cleaner.

In order to get to I-20 to go west, we had to weave thru the parking lot behind and around the adjoining hotel and that of a convenience store on the other side - just to get to the I-20 service road.

The beds were comfortable. The room was large.

The housekeeper did not replace the towels, they didn't empty the trash and the shampoo dispenser was empty. We kept having issues with the key cards not working. The outside needs to be cleaned up.

The staff were very accommodating they made our stay great. hotel was clean and quiet and the breakfast fast was good! Will definitely stay again!!

This was probably the most comfortable bed that we¿ve slept in, in a long time.

There were some wear and tear issues in the room. Deteriorating trim and sheetrock areas in the bathroom.

The price was affordable

It¿s an old hotel, not bad for the age, the air conditioning in the room wasn¿t great, first night I woke up sweating at 4:00 am. I went home early, didn¿t stay the second night.

The staff is always wonderful

The hotel is under major reconstruction and price needs to reflect that until it is finished. The front entrance was covered in scaffolding and we had to find a way in by the pool. Rooms need some repair. Faucet plate on tub was hanging loose.

The hotel was close to uor destination

The room was small and the bed was brick hard! At $----$--- a night it would have been average at best. At $--- a night it was aweful!

The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

I paid for King bed and did not receive it. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was not very clean. I would not stay here again.

This was a Hampton Inn, in name only. Now that they are owned by the Hilton chain, they are no longer a upper end hotel, they are now nothing but a lower quality hotel in all aspects, the beds and pillows WE NOT up to the Hampton quality

Good location. Check-in was fast and easy. Good shower. Breakfast area was nice.

The room was not exactly clean, just so-so. Terrible pillows. Not a very good housekeeping staff. Our room was not serviced at all on one of our days. Also, front desk was frequently not manned - security issue. Also, A/C unit functioned very poorly.
