Americas Best Value Inn Weatherford, TX

The beds were good. The price was low. It was quiet and conveniently located next to/behind a gas station that has snacks. It seemed a safe area with no one 'hanging around'. It was a simple, clean, safe place to spend the night and was reasonably priced

The coffee is only available early in the morning.

It was peaceful, clean, and quiet.

When I got my room key, apparently it was the room for someone else.

Staff and false advertising no breakfast no restaurant

Owner operators live on site and make sure the hotel rooms, buildings and grounds are safe and secure.

Everything was as advertised. Very clean, spacious and quiet.

Nice clean bed , no bed bugs or any other critters . Nice, cold, crisp , ac. Lady at the desk was very nice.

It could've been a little cleaner .

It is close to where we visit family.

The room was filthy. Jacuzzi tub didn't work.

Proximity to what we needed

Our group had 5 rooms rented and one of the rooms didn't even have water at the sink unless you got under the cabinet and turned it on. In this same room they had to take the lid off of the toilet tank and lift on the thing to fill with water to flush.

It wasn't a quality room and we didn't stay . The owner wouldn't refund our money. Would not recommend to anyone.

I liked the location, and that the hotel was quiet and private. I was comfortable during my stay.

I didnt like that there was only one bar of soap provided and no lotion. The ironing board was ragedy and the wifi was weak.

Could not locate my reservation. Room is way overpriced

The room itself was very dirty and did not look appealing at all. Things could be lot better and more satisfying. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! I'll just pay more for better quality.

It was very sketchy made my skin crawl

The room ac did not work it's too hot for that in Texas the beds where broken. There was maggots in the room . The room smelt like cigarettes

Only one level so I don't have to worry about climbing stairs. To me that makes it a worthwhile place to stay.

Neighbors were making noise all night.

I didn’t like the old red dirty carpet or the old jetted tub.

Staff was friendly and accommodating.

People next to me made noise and woke me up several times during the night with arguing and traffic in and out.

Made a reservation before stayed there it was okay and then they tripped out about my service animals the next morning when they knocked on the door and heard on barking although it clearly said on my reservation that I had to service animals they don't allow pets there whatsoever they said so I made another reservation there for tonight I called to make sure they're going to let us stay because of my service animals and she tries to tell me that they don't allow pets and I'm like you can't do that because their service animals well I have to have the paperwork and I said no ma'am actually I do not have to carry paperwork I have all their credentials on my phone then she tells us okay you can stay there we get there to check in and it also says nothing about deposits or anything else I've never paid a deposit when I've stayed there prior a few years ago and the last time I said they're not too long ago I didn't pay a deposit but when she tries to charge my card she tries to charge me $50 deposit plus the room for the night and I'm like no no no what is that and she said a deposit and I was like I'm not paying a pet deposit for my service animals if she says no it's not a pet deposit and I said well I didn't pay a deposit last time and she's like oh it's the rules and I was like no ma'am I think you're just trying to charge me a service deposit because of my animals and you're not going to give me my money back and she was very rude very disrespectful and very hateful I wish I could say a few other things about her but I'm not going to on here I wouldn't stay there even if she didn't charge a deposit now because the way she acted I will be turning her over to authorities and then she had the audacity to tell me that my chihuahua couldn't be a service animal

Office people who own the motel are very very rude and disrespectful

Very quiet and walking distance to a restaurant and gas station. Clean parking lot. A lot of lighting.
