Pros +

  • Absolutely DID NOT LIKE anything. No chance to try and like anything. When we got there, as we'd called earlier and notified them we had traffic and would be late (coming from the DFW area), there was NO ONE in the Check-in office!! Lights on, door unlocked... no "be right back" sign. Nothing. No one was there. I sent an email immediately thinking it would alert the desk worker. Nope.20 more minutes went by... no one.So, what we're saying is... Even though we called at 10:41 PM the night of the stay and told them we'd be in after 12:30 AM, the manager on site over-booked our room and cancelled our reservation. Our number was in YOUR booking system! A simple phone call from the ACTUAL LOCATION in Stephenville, TX would have been the proper CUSTOMER SERVICE thing to do... But that would require someone who gave 2 cents of care about their "job." Whoever they are, they should quit and look into shoveling manure at a local horse stable... But that might be too much of a customer service role for you.

  • Absolutely nothing. No chance to.Question: What good is a reservation if you cancel it? We put a credit card on file with them, even though the system advertised that you only "pay when you arrive" and they still tried to charge our card 12 to 14 hours in advance of our stay!!? Then they double booked the room and booted a RESERVATION???!!!?? I will FOREVER AVOID any listing by ANY of the "OYO" affiliated properties from here out.The customer service representative we got on the phone was indifferent. When I asked, "so where do I sleep, then?" They responded, "I suggest you find other accommodations." And that's all they said and there was a long pause. Then nonchalantly they said, "We will be in touch with you soon to resolve this matter. Good bye.". What?!?!? We had to drive the rest of the 6 hours home!! There was nothing else available at 1:30 AM!! We should have known when we called before we got on the road to confirm we'd be late when the number was in NEW YORK and the person at a CALL CENTER was obviously off continent. NO MORE business from us. We will seek legal action of 100% of the fees attempting to charge are not withdrawn and/or refunded immediately! YOU had OUR phone number on file! It's REQUIRED by the Booking.com system. Find a different job where you DO NOT use ANY customer service skills, because you don't have ANY.
