Dirty room and bed bugs

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! .

There were roaches crawling on the walls. One fell on me in the shower while I was bathing. Also one tried to crawl between my legs while using the toilet. I want a refund or at least a discount returned to me but managed was not on site. Kissing said

It was very quiet.

There were roaches everywhere and the refrigerator didn't work. I knew from previous reviews there was an older model television however the door didn't make me feel secure in my room. The door looked as if was kicked in before.

Its a horrible motel.

It was a dirty hotel with staff not supporting in any ways. They failed to provide the bare minimum committed facility like clean room, breakfast. The bathroom was all dirty and broken. I had to vacate the hotel after 1 night.

The price

There was roaches in the room and the TV remotes didn't work. No continental breakfast either. Didn't sleep comfortably either. Pillows were to small and flat.

They remodeling and kill the bed bugs,everything old there and smells horrible.

O lot things right there it¿s so horrible.

They are the nicest people you could ever meet the lady in the office and the housekeeping was so friendly and made my family feel welcome

Plenty the rooms are shabby they are presenting a picture of of a Queen size bed but they have Full size beds in the rooms no clean towels nor was the room cleaned all of the furniture was old look like from 18th century furniture.

Not a single damn thing.

Roaches in my first room, hot water barely worked, bad neighborhood, Room cleaning moved my stuff around in my room everyday

Microwave had a bug in it and rust. No power outlets near the bed for my pc and phone. Also the ones that were in the room were so old that the plug wouldn't stay in the socket. Room keys shut off after 8 hours and I had to go to the desk everynight

It's in a bad neighborhood not safe. Towels are old, rooms stink. Mold on air-condition that doesn't work

The location. It was in close proximity to the highway.

The hotel was dirty and was infested with roaches. I will be contacting the board of health in Houston. There were several roaches, in the tub, behind mirrors coming from under the bed. I had to keep the air on high and lights to keep them away!!!

It smelled like mold. It was so dirty under the bed. The pool was green. The light kept going off and security never came like they said. I would not recommend that place to no body

Both the a.m. and p.m. staff were very congenial and very helpful. The free continental breakfast was a little disappointing : Cold cereal and coffee. The waffle house was just across the street however.

There was no exercise room. I am not that demanding only rack of dumbbells in 5 pound increments from 5 pounds to 50 pounds a set of two each and a treadmill would suffice.

Two members of the staff worked to correct the problem

Room I was given was made up but not changed (dirty sheets)

Absolutely nothing good about this hotel.

No airport shuttle for an airport hotel, big stains on the carpet, phone falling apart, rust on the fixtures, A/C went out at 1am, and no internet service.

Air in the room has bad smell, it's wet. use the air condition even can't improve.I have be bite by mosquito.

Then after paying for $10 cab ride I went to check-in and they said there daily rate was $49.99. The hotel was completely run down. Safety at this hotel was very unsecure. I had just a lock with chain between rooms that looked like a 5 year old could push to get through. Then i had to wait 30 minutes for them to shuttle me over to the airport after i made reservations for the shuttle to take me at 7:00 am.

First of all there was no shuttle service to the hotel that day for some reason soI had to pay $10.00 to get from airport to hotel.

Proximity to Hobby Airport.

Poor continental breakfast and bugs in the room.
