Comfeeni Inn and Suites

The property was clean, nice spacious king room with comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful too.

It near an oil refinery so some strange smells from time to time.

It was clean

It had a weird odor in the room. The door didn’t shut right and there’s an air gap on the bottom of the door. The walls were knocking, I believe from the water pipes. You can hear the traffic and train pretty loud because of the air gaps in the door.

The room was very nice and clean. The hotel staff and management were very nice and helpful. The bad side was the traffic noise. The door didn't seal tightly when closed, letting in light and noise (as well as letting the cold air from inside escape). The curtain over the window was too long and would cover the a/c vent when closed, plus it allowed light to come in (it would be nice to have had miniblinds behind the curtain).

It was clean and the rooms were up to date! It was a good location to where I was needing to go and the prices was somewhat reasonable.

The doors were not covered enough so we would hear every little sound that was happening outside. Charging a fee for checking in early when I requested to check in early weeks in advance was incredibly frustrating.

Renovations were nice. Room was clean. Free breakfast available.

Our smoke alarm had been disconnected from the ceiling and wires were hanging. The staff burns PUNGENT and SMOKY incense in the teeny tiny area used during breakfast. We were coughing while grabbing our food to go, even though we had planned to eat there. Juice dispenser was out of order. Our key card was deactivated while we were grabbing our food, so when we got to the room, we couldn’t get in. Had to go back to the reception desk to turn the key back on, which was inconvenient. Location of hotel didn’t feel safe; we could hear a high speed chase with sirens and helicopters right outside during the night.

Breakfast was mediocre and cheap. The beds were very comfortable. Location was a very dirty part of the city and I felt unsafe with my car parked downstairs.

Location was right off the street so very easy to get to and find. Also a lot of food options near the hotel so that also helped for dinner options.

Breakfast...breakfast could have been much better as far as fruit options and meat options.

A bit in the middle of nowhere.

Everything was good, room, staff, breakfast.

The location was well lit and seemed secure but the neighborhood was an older neighborhood. The hotel felt a little out of place as far as location.

Its a new hotel so its pretty and clean. The room was comfortable, the AC worked great.

Its a motel so the room doors face outside and people were outside talking late at night and we could hear every word. The curtains are thin and the parking lot lights lit up the room when we were trying to go to sleep. Also when we arrived to check in there wasn’t anyone at the front counter. We had to call the 800 number so they would call someone to come out and help us.

What I didn't like, the windows don't have black curtains because there is a spotlight in one window and all the light enters the room.

Walls are thin you can hear everything. cleaners banging storeroom door - annoying when you are in the room next door. Bar next door played loud music until 2am Bring your earbuds!!

I liked the breakfast variety provided, the hotel shows that it was recently renovated or built and is definitely worth more than I paid for it! When I walked into the room I was shocked to see how huge it was, it smelled good and had all the amenities you could imagine. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the area was ok.

There were only two things that I would say kind of threw me off; the entry door there is no seal at the bottom so very tiny insects can crawl under (I stuffed the door with a towel) and there were a few hairs on the bedding and towels (I usually travel with my own towels so it didn’t bother me)

This is a brand new hotel, very clean.

Breakfast is not much good, this the only concern I have.

They tried to steal money off my card. Kelt saying they weren’t getting it after they let us go to our room after we paid the first time.

The staff was trying to scam and get more money but the room was nice

I thought it was a nice place till I got to my room. the room was dirty, blood on toilet and wall the floors had not been vacuumed. no manager or housekeeper on duty and of course no more rooms.
