Staff members were polite.

The room was old and dirty. TV didn't work, carpet was damaged.

The staff was friendly

The neighbors were very loud. I stayed in a disabled room if the neighbors were disabled they would not of been loud.

The hot shower

The fact that there wasn't a plunger no maintenance fixed my door after being told from the front desk that would fix it the second room that they put us in there was no secure lock on top anybody could have just barged right in

The firm mattress

The shower curtain smelled like mildew, no hot water for shower, roaches and no coffee pot in room or glasses for water. I told the morning front desk clerk and gave me a 15% discount for next stay. Nope not taking it.

Price, location, excellent taco breakfast

No fridge, microwave, not enuf plugins

Easy get on freeway and lots of stores and bussinesses of all kind near it

Nothing,it was horrible

Made to give deposit 50$,then 1st told it would be 2 to 5 days, then told 5 to 7 days tried to make us pay for room again. No microwave or fridge in room,no internet available. Tv never worked not even option to connect phone,smelled wet in room dirty

Stinks horribly like cat pee, mildew and sewage and did not subside the whole time we were there. My husband was throwing up from the smell. Get rid of the carpets and put tile since no one apparently cleans the carpets because they are heavily soiled.

They charge fifty dollars for deposit but did not get money back.I only slept n shower.I think they wanted me to do beds n sweep n mop and wash towels in order to get my deposit back.

Shower head wasn¿t working had to use a cup to shower.

Not a thing!

The hotel was old , smelled bad, bed was terrible, found bugs on the bed Was charge a deposit before able to get key.

BAD SERVICE IN RECEPTION THEY GAVE ME A DIRTY HANDICAP ROOM WITH NO HOT WATER THEY DIDNT WANT TO CHANGE US ROOMS BAD EXPIRENCE EVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY IN THIS HOTEL

quiet, large room, good freezer and microwave .good location . good ice machine , breakfast tacos offered but did not take advantage

no housekeeping in 4 days

I like they serve good breakfast and they got smoking roomms. Very quiet very nice

Maybe they could offer more towels

Affordability but That came with a price.

First room we checked into had roaches. In the restroom. Then I undid the bed to laydown after a long drive. And see more baby roaches crawling. It was sick. Asked to be changed. Went to new room and smelled horrible. No roaches there.

The hotel was very clean. Check in was easy, and quick. He anticipated my need for a handicapped room.

I did not like that there was no microwave, or mini fridge.

Habitaciones amplias, y limpias, me senti muy seguro, esta cerca de las tiendas, y cerca del expressway,pero no se oye el ruido de los carros..me gusto volvere, y el desayuno rico..

My young lady at front desk was very nice and professional.

The toilet didn’t flush correctly, the bathroom door didn’t close.

THE STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY. THE ROOM WAS SO CLEAN. THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS SUPER COLD. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT. THE BREAKFAST WAS SUPER TASTY. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING TO STAY HERE FROM NOW ON WHEN WE COME TO SAN JUAN.💖

WE LOVED THE HOTEL. WE WERE SO PLEASED WITH E AT THE HOTEL THAT I DONT WANT TO LEAVE IN THE MORNING.  I CHECKED IN WITH AGENT UCHH A FRIENDLY AGENT. I ORIGINALLY WAS GONNA STAY ONLY 1 NIGHT, BUT AFTER MEETING HER,I BOOKED 3 NIGHTS INSTEAD.ðŸ¤

It was clean and comfortable. Very large bed and spacious.

They charge you $50 deposit but you get that back 2-3 days later.

The girl up front when we checked out was very sweet.

Everything. Drug transaction and parties here. It was infested with bugs, the stench was horrid! To top it off they STOLE or deposit for a hand towel that was ours. I have pics that will be uploaded of the bites on our body,. Never stay here! NO WIFI!
