- The location and staff
- Next to Alamo and the Riverwalk.
- The location was perfect, everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. Plus we always love the cookies. To bad we didn?t get any goodbye cookies!
Cons -
- There was a stale odor in the room and no microwave. I had to pay $180 for incidentals upon checking in. However, it was released after checkout. That information should?ve been known when booking. Daily valet & public parking is expensive.
- The shower was horrible. It was a real job to take a shower with no hand held and just a stream of water
- One of the two elevators was out of commission and the line to ride up and down was long but everyone at the hotel did their best to help. Things happen...
