- I didn't get the room that I reserved. The staff made me wait for 2 hours and nothing changed. They still put me in a lower room.
- Terrible staff.
- Hotel staff spoke little to no English we?re not welcoming at all. The shower floor of the bathroom was black, not properly cleaned
