Convenient location of stores

The property was clean & well managed however we had an issue with our room. The Master light was not working when we walked in the room the first night (Friday). We reported it to the front desk and a staff member came to the room to verify. She stated a work ticket would be placed for the next day (Saturday). We were called Saturday morning around 9am by the front desk and we were asked when would be a convenient time for someone to come look at the light. Since we were up already, I told her they could come over now. She said ok and hung up. A few seconds later she called me back and said that the person that was coming to fix it preferred if we weren’t in the room and wanted to know what time we were leaving the hotel. I told her we wouldn’t leave til later that morning but we preferred for the repair to be done while we were still here. She said ok and someone would be right up. We stayed in the room til 1130 and no one showed up. We ended up leaving the hotel and didn’t return back til about 4pm. We figured someone would have gone while we were out. However when we came back to the room, the light still wasn’t working and no paperwork or messages had been left to inform us that someone had stopped by so we assumed that no one ever came. We left the following morning (Sunday) and were never contacted by anyone about the issue. Although we did have a pleasant stay, we felt that the customer service and lack of follow through to resolve the issue, put a damper on our stay.
