Private peer, quiet, clean

Great accommodations, location, and staff. Pet friendly. Quiet. Rooms are very nice and have everything we needed. WiFi a plus!

Airport across the street. Planes screaming overhead all day long! Parking can be tricky for long vehicles. They were working, replacing all the shrubs and blowing grass, etc. during the day, too.

The cottage was very cozy and had a very functional layout. The community there was cheerful and friendly.

I wish there was an area that could be utilized as a dog run.

What I liked best about this place is that it has its own pier and the little cottage makes it feel more comfortable. You don't have to worry about neighbors being loud or top or bottom guest. Wasn't far from anything we visited. The staff is very helpful

The only bad thing is not all the amenities weren't available for use due to the circumstances

only suggestions - the inside of the pocket door (the bathroom side) needs to be painted or at least cleaned, and the heat is far too noisy.

It was clean...The staff was great...they had a private pier that was awesome.

If they could find some way to see that a good cup of coffee was available in the morning, that would be great.

Pelican Bay Resort is the perfect simple get-away location for anyone--singles,couples, families.This was the cleanest, freshest hotel I have ever visited. The cottage is well stocked. They even had the cork-screw I forgot.All was quiet.Wanted to stay.

Location is great.The idea of a small cabin is great. We have stayed here a number of times previously.

This facility needs a lot of updating. Windows are foggy. Overall condition of the interior is maragain. Nothing obvious has been done since the new owners took overr.The unit we were in had exterior finishes that weren't the same as all of the buildings.Front porch light burned out and nobody at the of GG ice. Finally saw housekeeper who brought a bulb.This is not the quality of a resort or the prices.The BBQ was totally unusable.We will not stay here sgain.

Spacious.

Saw & killed 2 roaches. Hear scratching in the bedroom like a rat behind a wall or chest of drawers. Sofa ok, but upholsters chair was dirty looking.

Staff was not attentive, television didn’t work correctly, when asked to assist we were ignored. Room was humid, blankets were musty. Pool was out of order, we were supposed to get a refund, but didn’t. Parking is horrible. We have stayed in different locations at Fulton and Rockport and we’re hoping we had found ‘our place’ but far from. This was supposed to be a 2 day trip but we cut it a short a day due to our disappointment. We left on day 2! Never again!
