Easy to get to. Right across from the beach. Convenience store right out front.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable but it was only for couple nights so we survived.

The room was clean and family friendly

The front office staff need more training on customer service skills . Very rude and unfriendly

It was clean, well lit, and the lady that checked us in was personable, and EXCELLENT!

Staff wasn't friendly our toilet wasn't working we called front desk multiple times & went and spoke to them in person and kept being told they would look at it and call the manager never heard back from them for the 3 days we were there.

The AC unit wasn?t working upon arrival, maintenance had to be called out. They got it fixed.

Hotel was great. Room had a beautiful view as well.

The continental breakfast area was small. Large families coming to eat and taking up the entire area. Leaving very little food. Frustrating when you are trying to feed a small family of 3. We enjoyed the breakfast for 1 day out of the 4 night stay.

The lady at check in and out was the best!!! Gave us great places to eat and then next morning also sent us to best coffee shop

The room was on the first floor next to the pool, too much noise. The person or persons in the room above were inconsiderate and noisy. Stomping on the ceiling til 2 am.

Breakfast was very good...the beds were very comfortable and the down pillows were awesome

Bathroom seemed completely clean but had a little bit of a smell..

One staff per shift was ridiculous. Very loudly inside . You can hear everyone conversation or kids crying

Very loud people in room above us. Beds were hard. Found mice droppings on the top of the bed and heard them throughout the night!!!

Location and breakfast! It¿s also very clean and the staff is wonderful.

There is not a ocean view however the hotel is right by the beach. The staff was excellent, room clean and breakfast was very good.

Great location for swimming and fishing. Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast had options for all 4 of us(2 picky eater kids). Pool was never crowded workout room was always available. 100% would stay again.

Beds were too soft for me, however my wife and kids all liked them..

It was dirty, they charged me twice for a room which is there mistake because they clearly don¿t know how to invoice when switching someone a room since I woke up with bug bites
