Breakfast

I was suppose to get a non smoking room and was given a smoking room the housekeeper in charge was aggressive and invasive and loud

Shower wasn't in very good condition, Lack of trash cans, and the housekeeper kept a phone charger that I forgot in the room

Fast check in & location

Bathroom was dirty .. call into front desk & issue was taken care of immediately. Phones in rooms dont work.

Room was clean, tv channels were excellent, bed was comfy, breakfast was tasty - eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, pastries, cereal, staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a club attached to it that is open until 2 AM and once the club closes the patrons tend to party right outside the rooms. Very loud!

Room door didn't seal very well and there were little bugs in the room in the morning.

the night check clerk was absolutely wonderful. She was kind took the time to explain to several guests that they had run out of rooms and that there was no longer any rooms available and those that did have rooms were checked in via online room is

Didn?t feel safe, electricity was not working in our room. Room was clean except for hair in the tub.

yes the front desk who worked sunday morning 10.06 was so rude. the hotel lobby smelt like cigarette's, there were flys in my room when i checked in, the water pressure was extremely low and there seemed to be leak under the floor.

It was close to the ball fields. It was easy to navigate traffic. Breakfast was good.

First room had hair all over the sheets. Second room, floor was dirty & there was dirty washcloths left in the bathroom. The door was warped and didn't shut properly at the bottom. We moved the chair in front of the door so I couldn't see the light

Location and breakfast.

The room had been fully renovated. But you cannot change the paper-thin walls, outside entry for rooms and ongoing renovations.

It was clean, easily accessible from the highway, breakfast was well stocked.

Could have had better lighting in the parking lot.

Bed was good and room was clean. Good breakfast with friendly staff

Toilet did not work. It was broke and water was shut off when we got there.

The bed was AWFUL. Sagged in the middle so much it was hard to get out of bed.

The location of the hotel was about half the distance from San Antonio, TX to Colo Springs, CO.

The hotel was right next to a truck stop. Bull haulers (cattle trucks) were nearby. This meant we had to deal with the smell and the problem of not being able to keep flies out of the room. Breakfast consisted of overcooked scrambled eggs.

everything was dirty- door locks had been busted a few times . nothing was kept up. the bed was low and hard - I could not stay there

Location

The electrical outlets need replacing. When I plugged in my phone charger, it was VERY loose. And there were multiple plugs that were loose.

Great service ,very clean ,very nice staff and breakfast is awesome will definitely stay again.

Cleanliness, showers didn't work in 3 rooms they tried putting me in beds super uncomfortable. Bedding not clean
