I was there for 4 nights Requested my room to be cleaned They only cleaned it 1 time and i had to get the towels myself

Location, full breakfast, friendly staff, clean hotel.

Staff were great, friendly, and cordial.

There was an odor in the room. The repairs don't to the bathroom was very visble. The room did not feel clean. There was a stain on the carpet when we arrived. For $--- a night, I expect clean carpets and bathroom.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful when we needed anything. I stayed three days with two toddlers, and they loved the pool and breakfast. Our room was quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Only minor thing was that the pool had a little bit of a dirty ring around the inside wall and some random grass growing between cracks¿ Very minor in the big scheme of things. We still had a wonderful stay.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast. One of our daughters was mesmerized by the pancake printer. :) We'd stay here again!

It had plenty of parking, good breakfast and the staff was friendly. I liked the location for this Hotel, overall very satified.

It met my expectations

I liked that the room I had was near a back door I could enter and right by my room. The room was very nice, the bathroom was fantastic and it was a really comfortable bed. There were lots of places to plug in my various chargers for electronics.

Hotel was clean, hot coffee always available and everyday the room got cleaned.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable, breakfast had a good variety of foods.

They did not have a shower chair available for us to use in the walk in shower. If we had not brought one, we would have had real problems. I went to the local WalMart and purchased a shower mat so that we wouldn¿t slip on the shower floor.

The staff are friendly and the breakfast selection was outstanding.

Well it was kinda noisy in the early morning hour. Women laughing woke me up. It was a little annoying, but it didn't last too long.

Staff was very nice. The location was perfect a lot of places to eat. Clean rooms. Breakfast was great ¿ normal as before COVID. Loved the stay and will book again

For a hotel with the name Holiday on it it was very disappointing. There was rust on the bathtub the enamel was chipped /broken and causing it to get rusted and look very unsanitized the mattresses were also not of good quality were not comfortable.

This hotel was very clean & the staff was friendly and inviting. The room was spacious and they offered a very nice breakfast, lots of options and very well prepared.

The only thing negative that can be said was that it was an older facility. Although there had been obvious updates in some areas there was much still to be done. Over all though it was a very nice stay and I would stay there again.

Keurig in the room But only one morning of coffee supplied and was unsure where to get more for our 2nd morning stay. Beds were comfortable

Room was across from the supply closet for housekeeping Very loud early in the morning. Bathtub had rust around the drain, may need a little updatiy

The staff was friendly and the pillows were great. The breakfast was way better than most. Hotel was quiet.

Some odd smells around. The mattress was terrible. The whole bed moves when you change positions type bed.

The hotel was easy to find. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was large, clean and cooled! The beds were very comfortable. And the breakfast was excellent!

The bathtub plumbing fixtures needs an upgrade. They worked fine but were a bit rusty.

The breakfast was good with many choices for a hot breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room could have been a lot cleaner. The advertisements said that they had special cleaning protocols, but the bathroom wasn't clean. There was obvious dirt/makeup.

Availability for a last minute overnight stay, and far away from the loud busy highway noise. They tried to implement social distancing and staff masked and sanitizers available.

There was a dog in the the other room that would bark and eventually stopped before I needed to call the front desk, and dog food found. Current pandemic, lots of rooms were available, just thought it was odd we were roomed next door to someone else.

The jacuzzi that didn’t work

Room never cooled off. Jacuzzi didn’t work. Door wouldn’t unlock with room key.
