Comfort Suites Pflugerville - Austin North

The room was cleaned.

The old furniture was wore out, the fan in the bathroom was too loud when you cut on light, serving the same breakfast everyday( could have changed from sausage to bacon),friendliness of some of the front desk staff, tears in blankets and closet space.

The amount of space in the room. The location.

Breakfast was terrible, we were harassed by maintenance about our service dog, threatened by housekeeping to charge an additional $250 cleaning fee, I feel like we were racially profiled.

Location

Air wasnt working properly. Didnt sleep well it was too warm.

Its location and the friendly staff. Free breakfast was also very good.

No bar.

Quiet and clean. Comfortable sleeping

The selection of TV viewing was not good! As a college football fan view was VERY limited. Unable to use smart TV to cast viewings from my cell phone

Free breakfast and great location.

Yes, the hotel let's strangers from off the street come in and sit in different areas throughout the hotel. My kids were in fear for our lives. The police was called out. But didn't find the criminal! Not safe and wasn't refunded

Horrible customer service on the overnight crew Wednesday morning¿. Would give 0 stars if I could¿. Wouldn¿t give me a card to the GM after opening being rude¿ will never stay again¿Yessina or something blues eyed needs a hair comb.. Gm still hasn¿t

120 bucks a night for the mid week, overpriced, breakfast horrible, room was moldy and stuffy¿if there was something positive to say I would have¿ but I got nothing good to say

The fact the room was clean and smelled good. Most hotels have a sour smell to them, this hotel was great.

It wasn¿t the hotel. I didn¿t like that the room I was given was a connected room. I didn¿t expect to be next to someone else¿s kids for the night. Other than that the room was fine a tidy. I enjoyed my stay.

Evening front desk clerk was so nice and friendly. The morning breakfast buffet staff kept it clean and so nice!

During morning breakfast someone didn't understand the waffle thing so beeper went off a while....a gentleman in nice dress clothes (owner or day manager maybe?) Came over and was short with the customer. I felt sorry for them.

The indoor poor and how quiet the hotel was.

Pool was too cold and not many kid channels.

The location is Everthing! It¿s all within walking distance. Family of 6 just wanted a quick weekday getaway and this was exactly what we needed. Indoor pool and hot tub all to ourselves. The rooms were clean and manager at check in/ out was very kind.

The convenience! It was 10 minutes from my nephew¿s house so it was very easy to get together. The staff was also terrific! But my kids would tell you the best part was the breakfast! The waffles in the shape of Texas was amazing!

No, everything was perfect

Breakfast service adequate. Parking adequate. Price would have been fair if accommodations had met minimum expectations. We¿ve stayed in basic hotels as well as true five star resort facilities. This experience was far below expectations for this brand.

Dried blood on window curtain. Unpleasant smell (urine/ammonia) in room. Smoke alarm battery dead and alarm constantly chirping. We changed battery ourselves when no one came to address issue despite calling front desk. Room AC unit rattled loudly.

Clean and Friendly

The gym is very small and most of the equipment doesn¿t work.

The hotel was clean. Nice room. Hot breakfast, many extras! I was mostly impressed by the staff. They were extremely accommodating!  the front desk was friendly and helpful beyond words. The hotel is blessed to have such an excellent employee!

Room was clean , tub was clean , had a microwave and comfortable bed .

The room was very nice and front desk staff were courteous and helpful. Our only complaint is while we were out visiting our family someone went through our things and stole our amazon firestick.

The staff was very accommodating and even let us check in early. The hotel was very clean and even though there were Covid restrictions, they handed out breakfast every morning, which included yogurt, breakfast burritos, pastries and more. Excellent.

The room the location to Staff we're all great.

The other patrons would not shut up so I can get some sleep all I heard both nights was loud mouth women and children running and crying. I checked out early because I could not get any rest

It was available for dance day reservations and it was pretty easy to get to when driving. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I needed to switch rooms when I arrived and the receptionist was very helpful and considerate. Everyone was very friend.

The hotel was fine, the location is somewhat challenging with parking. The parking is limited it seems like due to the location. It’s behind several restaurants and a bank It would be great to have more parking.
