La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pflugerville

I was charged 15 dollars extra which I asked about and was told it would be returned. It was not.

Hard to find a staff member, either early in the morning or late in the evening

The rooms are always clean, staff is exceptional, don't have to worry about noises while in your room & I must add the beds are comfy & the pillows omg. Like sleeping on cotton.

I've staying there since 1/25. The construction crew goes outside & drink beer leaving their bottles & butt's everywhere, sad! At breakfast you'd better get there fast, pile up food 2 take 2 work, won't use food utensils, they reach over u while in line.

Safe and very accessible location. The staff was very welcoming, and the rooms were spacious and very clean! I will definitely stay here again when visiting my family.

Im not use to not having a phone in the room to call for front desk. We needed our trash emptied and fresh wash cloths and towels. So just had to go to front desk to request items vs call up for them. Or I didnt instructions on how to request service.

No hot water for first day so no showers but they did give us 50.00 off

I like the hot breakfast and the hotel personnel. Great customer service. I went with my family and the kids messed up the entire room. When I asked to clean my room, they cleaned it well and organized everything. I love this place

Very professional personnel. Over the top willing and able service and hospitality. Place is very well kept and clean. And for the price it is hard to believe. Great location and we will definitely stay here when in the area.
