The master light switch in the room turned off all the lights at the head board. You couln't turn those lights off without turning off the master then you had no light.

Room cleaned and linens changed every day, fresh baked cookies after a hard day at work, always greeted with a smile and a concern if there is anything they can do.

Forgetting to replace coffee pods and tea bags in the room without having to ask for them.

Breakfast served at 5:30am Monday through Friday, rooms cleaned everyday.

Working 7 days a week the breakfast was not served until 7:00am on Saturday and Sunday. Had to go to the front desk 5 days in a row after getting off work because they did not refill the coffee or tea in the room. Coffee in lobby very strong.

I went for the breakfast at 9:20 am and they don't have more eggs ?

Romes are never 100% usually find hair on pillows, in the bed, and in shower. Otherwise pretty decent

Cleanliness and location

Front desk girl had nothing friendly to say upon check In. She asked for id and credit card. I had to ask if cc was for incidentals. She didn?t even say where elevators were located; just ? you?re on the third floor. ? it was an uncomfortable check in.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. The hotel was Very clean and the breakfast was excellent and the hotel staff were also exceptional.

Walking distance to various stores and restaurants. Breakfast was great although they ran out of meat portions for 2 days in a row. Otherwise fully stocked. Anything you need, front desk was more than happy to help. Clean rooms and it was also very quiet!

The times for breakfast ended so early, maybe extend until at least 11:00 during weekdays to allow customers to sleep in a little longer for their vacations. I'm not gonna take points away for that though. It was just a suggestion.

Big bugs crawling in the wall, smelled like urine, smoke, & cats. 1st floor was available and they wouldn¿t let us move rooms and this was a non refundable deal I wasn¿t supposed to leave Houston until 1:30pm to catch my flight. Caught an earlier flight

The hotel was easy to get to and close to a shopping center. The staff was pleasant from the front desk to janitorial. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. I definitely appreciated the lighting when doing my makeup.

Location is great for families with kids, plenty of food and stores.

Bugs, Roaches and Nat type bugs all over the rooms. Lack of service and they didn't have anything in the rooms. Soap, mouth wash, available tooth paste. face towels were not in the room

My room was very comfortable from the bed to the shower. The breakfast was very good too. Staff was very accommodating.

The facility was new, and it showed, bed was comfortable, furnishing was pleasing. My only criticism was the chaise lounge in my room. Although pleasing to the eye, the back of the chaise was straight, no curvature so my back could not get comfortable.

Was on the first floor and the people above me were very loud Walkers and it sounded like kids were running around at 11:00 p.m. at night. Suggested next time to get a room on the top floor so I won't have upstairs neighbors.
