Home2 Suites by Hilton Pflugerville

We're very happy that this time around we didn't experience an unclean dusty room nor allergen issues in our room. The large area for the children to freely move around. The kindness of the staff. The hotel lobby was clean, well-lit, and nicely decorated.

The breakfast was not as full as usual and there was only one functioning elevator for everyone so many times we had to wait a longer than usual time to get to our room/destinations. My higher rating is based on the rating my daughter wished to give.

Space

The Hotel does not accommodate Health care workers who work overnight. I only stayed at hotel for less than 5 hours. I arrived at 7am after work and asked for a late check out and the latest they could do was noon. So I slept for 3 hours.

Close to lots of amenities and stores, including many food options! Safe clean area

Nothing in particular that I didn't like. Good overall experience. The included breakfast option is pretty good too.

The staff was amazing especially Cassidy we were only in town for one night for a graduation and she allowed us to extend our check out time

The bedding

Safe, newer, and clean.

Nope, met all expectations.

The staff members were were wonderful and so friendly. Hotel had excellent amenities and was so clean. Great breakfast options. So close to shooting and entertaining

Modern, yet relaxed hotel feeling. It was near almost everything you can think of in a shopping center. The breakfast was really good too!

The pillows, towels, and water pressure weren't great. They were not awful, just not as comfortable as other hotels.

Service, breakfast, cleanliness was impeccable. We¿re already planning another trip with a stay at the same place.

Very nice interior finish out. Nice staff. Decent breakfast options. Room was clean.

Comforter was itchy. Only three pillows on the bed, so one of us got two pillows and the other got one (no extras in the room). Was above the front entrance, and could hear talking all night. Breakfast area not well stocked and trash was overflowing.

It was a newer building

Bo

Just to make sure there a trash bags in the room.

The front desk clerk was awesome when we arrived. He needs a raise

Location.

Clean and nice staff

Everything

Everything was A+++

Can’t really remember anything I liked

The hotel had 30-40 cops with several dogs that were very aggressive. Told the hotel my girlfriend is deathly afraid of dogs but they didn’t care and didn’t offer a refund so for the next two nights we left and got a hotel down the way. Lost 800$ but somehow it was worth it to me.

The hotel staff was amazing, and they offered all the things that are very helpful when traveling with family. The hotel had great breakfast and helped with any questions or concerns we had.

The couch in our room was horrible; it had a terrible smell, a very musty smell. We do not feel it was properly cleaned from the guest before us.

The hotel is very clean and in a nice area with a movie theater and stores such as target within walking distance.

I would like to see bacon on the breakfast buffet on Sunday mornings. The only thing they always have is regular linked sausage cut up. It's not even breakfast sausage.

Good deal and great breakfast

Laundry system requires to use coins, wish we can use credit card directly
