Clean, extensive and delicious breakfast buffet, very helpful staff

The location and rate

There was no microwave in the room. There was one available in the lobby

A supplemental breakfast pick up and go spread both days. Usual breakfast selections are adequate but quite ho-hum boring.

Toilets clog easily.

Very nice hotel. Love the layout, design and location. Close to everything. The breakfast was very good and all the employees friendly and accesible. Will stay here again.

The rooms were very small, barely enough room to move around for one person let alone two. The bed was the worst we have ever slept on.

Pet friendly. Location is great, within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and shopping.

This hotel looks new. We have stayed there twice in the last month. Both stays the hotel was clean and the was staff friendly. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very quiet.

The location was great. Across the street from all the food places and your basic shopping spots like ross and target. The water park Typhoon Texas is about 10 minutes from there too.

I kept hearing some weird clicking noises coming from the door. At one point i thought someone was trying to come in my room but there was no one at the door when I looked out the peephole. Very annoying.

Didn¿t like the hard floors with no carpet. Seems dirtier. Staff doesn¿t seem too friendly.

The staff is always helpful and friendly, the rooms are always well keep up and just gives off a very clean environment. The breakfast is always great as well! I enjoy staying there!

The room was wonderful and met all of our needs!! When you are handicapped it is hard to find a hotel that is for the disabled! We will be staying with you whenever we are in Austin!!!
