Facilities were not working. Not a clean hotel by any means. Not up to the standard of a HIE. Normally when staying at a hotel that is having construction, there is a price reduction. This one kept if quiet until I checked in.

Advertised pool had no water. Room advertised as ?hearing impaired? but was WC accessible too. Bathtub had 5 handrails and a bench and we didn?t feel safe with my mentally handicapped sister trying to navigate around them. Clerk stated she spoke to mgr

The evening check in employee named Lauren was very helpful in getting me a room with a bathtub as it was needed for medical issues. All staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. I am planning on staying here again with a future trip.

There are very few eating establishments in area. Even an IHOP or Dennny's would have been appreciated.

The location is perfect. It¿s close to good restaurants and shopping.Bathroom is very outdated and shower nozzle is horrible. Also, they do not use fitted sheets on the bed and the flat sheet they use come completely off during the night and words up u

They have a smoking area right outside the door and you have to walk right through the smell. My husband has COPD and it was very hard for him.

Ease of check in and check out. The breakfast was free and decent. The room was clean.

Pool was disgusting. Murky waters with a covid mask floating around. Couldn't allow kids to swim. There were potato chip crumbs in hallways being over looked by cleaning staff. WiFi was awful. Sinks didn't spray right.

The front door has been inoperable since I was here in December. Rooms are pretty run down.

They let us park our pickup under the front door awning because it had a very expensive snap on tool box in the bed! That was so accommodating and we appreciated that greatly!

The Jacuzzi hot tub in the living room was a fantastic surprise and made a world of difference for that part of my trip. The room was huge, and the bed and shower were great. The manager and staff went the extra mile to get a bigger mini-fridge for me.

The plumbing made a bit of noise occasionally, and my room was next to the exit so I did hear the sound of that door closing frequently in the early morning. But otherwise the room was very quiet.

Great people, they even offer bottled water and also a laundry opportunity for clients (not one of those that you have to go buying tokens or emptying your quarters. NO IT'S FREE) high quality beds and mattresses. They beat my expectations completely

Horrible smell of cigarettes although it was a non smoking room. Also the room was dirty and linen and pillows were e not very sanitary. Did not like my stay. Night staff were to very friendly. Will never stay there again! Horrible not a 3 star.

The room was comfortable.

We selected this hotel because the website stated there was a pool and free breakfast. The pool was not open and there was no hot breakfast or even coffee. We checked out the next morning. I suggest you update the webpage so others know what to expect.

Charging cord was ripped off during the cleaning. They left it without comments.
