I am FED UP with hotels that want to charge a deposit on arrival, even though you're paying for the room with a credit card, and this was not stated prominently in the hotel's description. Such hotels should be boycotted with extreme prejudice.

At supposedly 2.5 stars we expected a much higher end room. The floor was dirty at the entrance and the room quite basic. There was no shampoo. We also thought breakfast was included but all we got was extremely thin coffee.

Staff were amazing. As a woman traveling alone, the kind man that checked me in late at night made me feel very safe and was mindful of putting me in a room in a well lit location that I could park my car directly in front of. I appreciate that.

I am FED UP with hotels that want to charge a deposit on arrival, even though you're paying for the room with a credit card, and this was not stated prominently in the hotel's description. Such hotels should be boycotted with extreme prejudice.

At supposedly 2.5 stars we expected a much higher end room. The floor was dirty at the entrance and the room quite basic. There was no shampoo. We also thought breakfast was included but all we got was extremely thin coffee.
