Great location and quiet area

Good location

A bit pricey for what you got.

Acommodating staff. Location is nice, not a busy area and close to grocery and restaurants.

Rooms were outdated. You can hear people walking upstairs and at the hallway. Poor lightning and ac/heater.

The hallways were dirty and there were people propping locked exit doors with sticks. Felt very uncomfortable as far as safety

Our request for the first floor was met. Our pet was accepted. Staff was polite and friendly.

There was not a complete set of flatware to use. The kitchen faucet leaked. No cooking utensils, the toilet seat and toilet were loose. The furniture was really worn. The room just did not feel clean. The carpet felt dirty and Grimmie. We not informed of the pet policy until we arrived.

The area is excellent

The room was as clean as it could have been and smelled of smoke

It was a good location.

Very duty, they didn’t change the bedsheets or towels, the room had a horrible duty smell. We talked to the concierge, and she was rude saying is a long stay hotel and they change the bedsheets every 11 days. So we request some clean bedsheets and towels and she gave us. Can you imagine a hotel that you have to change your own bedsheets? When we changed the pillowcases, pillows were so duty that we could not stand, and we left the place.
