Clean, friendly staff, wonderful welcone with bag of cold bottled water and treats for our dog. Kitchenette fully stocked with utensils and all. Safety was a priority and doors looked at night only able to get in at front door with key card.

Size of room, overall hotel and ground¿s cleanliness

The bathroom did not have hand soap. I was using dish detergent to wash my hands!!!

It was spotlessly clean and very roomy.

I would have preferred a larger bathroom area.

This hotel was such a joy to go back to after a long day visiting family. Our room was extremely clean, there was even an unbroken seal on the door that would break once the door was open. Our room was huge and the bedding was AMAZING!!!

the place is very clean. the staff is friendly and overall is meet my expectation. I love the room we had.

I dont get to explore the rest of the Amenities due to lack of time, like visiting to the lounge area during the day time, going to the pool and to the gym.

We will never stay in Pecos, TX again. Very small town with few dining options and nothing to do. We were on a long road trip across TX. If we do it again, we will go further to the Midland/Odessa area.

The beds were comfortable. The handicap shower was very helpful.

The blinds were broken mid day, and night shift staff were rude and talked bad about us in Spanish

Rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. Breakfast was delicious.

Room needs a hair dryer

I liked the doggy park area. The pool area is very nice! Great room, perfect for us and our dog for the night. Very friendly staff

It was a a wonderful and quiet room with a wonderful bed. It was great because my sister was able to bring her dog. The whole family!

The cleanliness and food

Every time I’m there the manager or morning staff person is so rude. Twice I’ve done late checkout and they still barge in and call several times.

Hotel facilities were clean & well maintained. Breakfast was excellent & had a good variety of food.

I was wondering why this hotel was rated so low (we quickly found out). In my opinion, the staff here needs more customer service training. Front Desk wasn't staffed when we arrived. When they finally got back from their break, they chided us for not knowing they lock their front doors @ 10pm (it was 9:30 pm when we arrived). Thank goodness hotel patrons were in lobby to let us in. Then the cleaning staff starts their patrols around 9:00 am, the following morning. We were still getting ready to go out for the day when they knocked on our door. We asked for more towels when they cleaned our room. They said "Ok" but never returned to clean our room. The next day, we were packing to leave. Cleaning staff knocked on our door around 9:30 am & we informed them we were still packing. They wanted to know when we were leaving. I sarcastically told them we'd be out by noon. Just before 10:00 am, the head cleaning commandant stopped by to inform us that in order to stay till noon, we had to get permission from the front desk. She never stated, but after reviewing fine print in my reservation email, check out time is 11:00 am (my bad). We left @ 10:45 am & will never return to this hotel!

Dog allowed

Booking app took you to the wrong address. When I called nobody answered. It took half an hour to find it.

This location had issues. AC did not cool the room regardless how cool it was set. The hotel had a run down feel and looked like maintenance and upkeep was not a priority.
