The staff was very polite and accommodating. The room was nice and clean, and I had a good nights rest. The lobby was very nice and updated. Excellent stay for the price! Very budget friendly.

I just wish they had an iron in the room.

They were remodeling and people were rude. Not the hotel staff just the guests

Seeing it in rear view mirror as I drove away. The desk clerk was very helpful but the owners were selling rooms in a building being remodeled.

The building was being renovated in a very sloppy manner. I was given a room which has all drains clogged ¿ was switched to another room. Every area of the building was strewn with construction debris, splattered paint, etc.

The room was disgusting in the halls ways were even worse. There was no food to eat there in that motel at all. No coffee no nothing. Had to go across the street to get anything to eat. Not a good set up at all. Never recommending this company chain to no

The TV never worked. Nothing but snow the whole night. Lots of construction and renovation. 1 star at the most.

Front desk employee was very nice.

Hallway needs a good vacuum. It was so dirty. The people around me was so loud and playing super loud music until 2 am on a weekday. Felt bad for my girlfriend who works and has to get up early because of the loudness.

The housekeepers came at 7:45am!!! Setting my baby off and she cried for several hours. And then came AGAIN at 10am!!!! When our checkout was at noon! Completely unacceptable and when I told management she was like ¿oh yea that is early¿, like come on.

Ice machines not working, laud people, dogs barking next door, arguing in hallway...not a restful stay

The hallways reeked of urine and smoke, the parking lot is littered in trash and broken glass. The pool is closed and filthy. The bed was so thin and hard. Loud music played. Located in a very sketchy area. Front desk staff was very poorly trained.

Staff was pleasant.

The room was trashy,dirty and in my opinion not rentable. Location was horrible residents staying there advised not to leave anything in car or it'll get stolen.

The price

How beat up it looked. All the holes and dents on the doors and missing panels on furniture in the room made it look like it was made for Section 8 housing. Just don¿t expect quality at ¿Quality Inn¿ lol.

It had a bed

They lied about breakfast. There was nothing. There was gross white stuff on the bedskirt... I don't even want to think about what it was. The smoke detector in the room was removed. The room reeked of cig smoke. There was a coffee maker in the room.

Carpeting soiled needs replacing parking lot sidewaks grounds need help.

Hotel was filthy- used soap left in the dirty shower - stains on the dirty bedspreads - used bottle of shampoo on the bathroom floor.

It was cheap and near where I needed to be.

Room smelled like cigarettes. People were doing drugs in the parking lot. Window faced the sidewalk and I couldn't close the curtains so I got a nice hotel glow all night.
