- When checking in, the front desk was on her phone for several minutes scrolling before she ever noticed i was standing there. Also, the plumbing for the jacuzzi tub wasnt quite right and took a really long time to fill up.

- Room was not really maintained which made it look dirty (possible mold spots on shower ceiling, but it was difficult to tell). Parts of walls (edges & trim) were coming apart. It kinda felt like I was just checked in "in a hurry."

The room was very outdated. I expected more from a Hampton. The toilet was way too low. Free breakfast didn't have any pastries when I invited they said waiting on truck. Only egg white eggs.

Please make sure the cleaning staff is wearing masks due to Covid. They had none on the next day while cleaning.
The room was very clean and the sheets were soft. They had all of the amenities we needed.
The a/c was loud and did not work properly. The thermostat did not shut it off so we had to turn it off to fall asleep then the room got stuffy. We did not rest well because of the a/c. Hopefully, it was just a bad unit in the room we booked.
