Pros +
- Facility is as describe in the pictures. Staffs are all nice and helpful.
- The location was convenient.
- The location was awesome and close to everything
Cons -
- I was severely over charged for the room. And at $160 a night you would think the bathroom was clean, the TV was plugged in and the elevator did not act like a death trap. There were no luggage carts, the breakfast was passable, no maid service on the second day. Building looked run down. The exercise center was a broken treadmill.
- Our room is near by the fire exit (room 1100) and I honestly did not get enough rest because of the banging noise of the door of the fire exit. It keeps banging from night until around 3 in the morning. The hotel should put a signage to gently close the door or put something to make the door slide smoothly because the neighboring room like where we checked in will hear those loud banging sound and it is indeed disturbing. Thank you.
- When we arrived to our room, there was no comforter on one of the beds, only a sheet. Then there was no remote to the tv. For breakfast on our 2 day stay there was no coffee, juices and barely any food. We arrived for breakfast at 730am.

The location was convenient.

The location was awesome and close to everything
The channels didn’t work in the room, and you had grown men running down the hall in the middle of the night yelling fire and slamming doors
