- There were no redeemable qualities to this hotel.
- The area, the rooms, and design.
Cons -
- Customer service was unhelpful. They refused to cancel a reservation. They refused a refund when the hotel was dirty and in a dangerous neighborhood. They took three days reservation cost and kept the money having never stayed in the hotel
- The wifi on my phone did not work.
- The operational aspect felt lazy and short staffed. The breakfast area staff appeared to work hard. The front desk and housekeepers not so much.
