Extended Stay America Select Suites - Longview

1st Noone at front desk to check in waited 15 min had to call hotel to get help. Paid for handicapped room so they gave upstairs room. I'm handicapped how am I suppose to go up stairs. Gave me 2 more rooms no tv no air. So nasty .

Nothing at all, advertised hot breakfast-not true, blamed it on Covid if that was true why didn't they have mask or a screen between them and me. Very noisy, dogs barking at night, someone hammering every night. It was horrible and really and it was

Hotel was a complete disappointment.

The customer service was inadequate the room shouldn't have been rented to us it had a big bubble in the ceiling from water I guess a leak in the roof. The carpet was dirty I had to go by flip flops to wear in the room it was so disappointing a Wyndham

This place was terrible and so dirty I didn¿t stay.

So dirty!! Hair on the floor and blood in the bathtub. My non smoking room was actually smoking. Still waiting on my refund 4 days later.

The price. But that was absolutely the only good thing.

No remote control. Or cords for the tv. Not pot in the coffee maker. No towels. No hot water. We reserved a king room but got a double. It was the worst experience I've ever had.

Cheap price and flexible staff

Sink would not drain, backsplash coming up from tub and something leaked through the floor near the back wall and soaked the entire carpet the morning of my last day

The room was nasty! We had already unloaded and done for the night was the reason we didn’t move to a new room.

charge $20 per pet and it had to be in cash! not heat or hot water ! room was not very clean

Absolutely nothing.

Very dirty hotel, first room they gave me was still dirty. The second one was dirty too but I had been up all day so I sucked it up. The room I stayed in had two working electrical outlets. The bathroom door fell on me when I tried to close it.

The bed slept awesome!

Shower sucked. Parts missing and broken.

Clerk was trying her best to help but she left at 11pm and it was horrible from there

I was charged three times for one room, the room sheets pillows were all dirty the tubs were dirty I had to go to a local store and purchase cleaning products in order to stay

Pool was nice

The rooms were filthy. Supposed to be non-smoking but remakes of smoking. Coffee maker part was used as an ashtray. Cigarette burns in bedding and furniture.

The 1st room we were in had no microwave ,the sink in the bathroom was clogged, the tv didn't work and the bedspread was dirty The 2nd day we were finally moved to a different room,the bedspreads were dirty,so was the floor and the bathtub had cigarette

Seemed to have quite a few low class occupants / noise/ fighting next door at 3 am. The first room assigned to us was either still occupied or wasn't cleaned and everything left on / food left on table. This is under much needed renovation.

The room smelled really bad, the shower sprayed water when you use it, there was junk laying around the property and people were outside smoking weed.

The worst place I have ever stayed. I will never stay there again. There were no towels. The room had roaches and bedbugs. When I advised the staff nothing was done.

Lock on room 125 never worked. Staff/owner were aware ofit.Didnotfix it There is no breakfast to speak off, if you want to eat you'll have to go to a restaurant. Hotel is not a suite at all, just a motel in great need of a new paint job and maint
