So clean , air conditioner was fantastic , coffee & breakfast.

Polite, friendly and supportive.

The hallways were very dark and hot.

The only bad thing I can say is they charged me twice for my stay. I repeatedly told the check in clerk I prepaid and he insisted I pay again and promised me I would only be charged once.

Very nice and clean. The rooms are big.

There are two of us but when we asked for amenities like toothpastes, they only gave us one. Also, on the check out day, they knocked on our door at 8am and woke us up. Check out time is not until 11am!

Friendly staff that went above and beyond to help any chance they got. Hot breakfast and fitness center were perks.

Pool was fully shaded by 3 pm, and look liked it hadn¿t been swept in a minute, lots of debris on the pool floor.

The A/C was blowing directly on the bed and very cold even when we turned up the temperature. Couldn't find a way to redirect the blower fan. We have stayed in this hotel last year and didn't have this happen. Maybe it was just this room.

Location is great. Cleanliness was great. Walk in shower was the best.

I¿m 7 months pregnant and the bed mattress was too firm and springy. The toilet was also too low and it was hard to get up from.

The location is convenient for the Kyle area. The breakfast provided is great.

With the new Covid restrictions, I can see a few minor things that affected our stay (only 1 bar of soap in room, made it a little aggravating for washing hands and taking shower). The room was not as clean as it usually has been, lot of hair in bathroom.

The hotel charged me a $25 fee for incidentals upon check in. I questioned this since it was not stated it would happen on the website. It still has not been refunded back. This is a real negative to me.

Coffee options were decaf and Breakfast blend. Defenitely need a dark coffee option. Sketchy people went in through the emergency door at back of hotel around midnight, someone held the door opened with the trashcan. I notified the staff immediately.

Super nice place, nice and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was nice and a step up from a lot of continental breakfasts at other hotels. Will definitely stay here again when in town and would recommend it highly.

Only complaint I have is that there was only one blackout curtain and the other side was just a sheer curtain. As soon as the sun came up, there was no getting away from that sun coming in.

Staff created a key and wrote the room # on key cardholder. Room # indicated on cardholder was OCCUPIED & I attempted to enter the room at 1:30AM when I arrived. Lobby smelled like WET DOG every single day. ZERO maid svcs - no new cups, no new towels.

Clean and sanitized throughout. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was an added bonus!
