Hampton Inn Kenedy

The hotel has an odd entry off of the main highway when coming from the north. Parking lot is always full due to construction workers. Otherwise OK

the room was very clean and nice

boxes everywhere under construction, there was a construction crew staying there that was rude in the morning

Good breakfast

After switching two rooms the room I landed in did not have a tv remote and desk outlet was hanging out of wall. Do not like Hampton in room coffee pots.

They only cleaned the room one day in a five day stay

Very good! Mary at front desk is a Gem. Your Lucky to have her. Great attitude and very personable.

The look of the place

The bed! Hard as hell. Ran out of breakfast before 9:00. Told us we had until 10:00, because it was a softball team from out of town. The manager said "oh well" Went in our room before I turned my key in our check out, with our stuff still in the room

I only used 1 room and they were kind enough to only charge me for one room and canceled second room at no cost ty Hampton inn.

Laurie was wonderful, even in the middle of renovations the place was very clean and accommodating. Thank you!

Not staying again in this hotel

I found roaches in my bad the two days I stayed and also my sheets didn’t got changed. Cleanliness

The breakfast was very good. The pool was nice. The beds were great. The linen was very nice. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful.

I always choose the Hampton Inn. Very disappointed with this one. The manager was rude to me and my guests all weekend. The facility was not up to standards for the price. I will be choosing a different hotel next trip. The ac in the halls was not working, the ice machine was broken, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. Definitely not worth the money.

the hotel was clean enough, the staff were present. it was overall an ok stay.

the air was not working in many areas. This property look’s it’s age. In particular the front desk area looks shabby. The staff were wooden and efficient , doing what was necessary. I certainly did not feel noticed at all. I felt like a number and not a person . the guy working at night was way more into his cell phone than anything else. The lady next day was running front desk and doing breakfast duty at the same time. Again, too busy to be bothered with anything else.

We had our mom in a wheelchair. All the handicap parking was taken by trucks that didn't have placards. We let management know. The response was there is more parking on the side.

The price and the comfort of the room. The friendliness of the staff.

Everything was great except the fact that there was dirty, stinky work boots outside of almost every room door. Wasn’t impressed.
