Friendly, helpful staff. Clean. Good location.

Breakfast was not ready on time my second morning, we were piling up. Complimentary coffee was often empty, or cold. Walls were too thin. I requested a call be made to my neighbors.I was booked into one king room, fell asleep, and woke to staff asking me to move as the TV in my room was reported not working. The front desk was often unattended.

The breakfast was horrible. The staff seemed a bit on the shady side. The guy that worked the night I checked in was under dressed. His clothes were shabby. The lady that worked that morning appeared exhausted and dull. So more prep in the step and dress for success. The breakfast bar was just horrible. The oatmeal was water and not cooked. The eggs and sandwiches were rubbery.

See above. The price was extremely high.

The room was clean breakfast had a variety of food front desk staff was nice and friendly.

It smelled like something died in there.

I had to turn my pillow to the front desk at 11:30 at night because it smelled so bad. Then I discovered it wasn't just the pillow. It was the bed also and the floor beside the bed.
