- Define need to improve continental breakfast. It did not measured up to what was expected for a resort. Also need more staff to assist with breakfast. We are also charges 125 and the restaurant charges were added instead of being withdrawn from the 125.
- The pool wasn't heated, the staff service was horrible, and the "continental breakfast" was more like "continental nutrient bar and tiny BANANA MUFFINS"
