- Was supposed to pick up from airport. Called 8 times,no answer. Had to take a cab. Was charged $25.00 for the 5 minute ride! Booked here because it said free shuttle. No shuttle available!
- This hotel needs a MAJOR upgrade. Had to change my room TWICE due to cleanliness and smell.
