The staff was very helpful, going out of their way to offer to bring me ice and to run my keycard to the front desk after it went haywire.

The lid to the middle steam tray needs to be tightened so it doesn't plop down after 3 seconds.

Very good breakfast and friendly staff.

Room had a foul smell like dirty socks and Air conditioner did not blow cold , just felt like a fan ..temperature read 69 but felt like 80 degrees...we were so tired the first night that we just crashed. But second night we were hot all night.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They had free hot breakfast, free internet and free parking. The room was spacious and clean.

Bed was very comfortable and clean.

Floors were not clean, from entry of hotel to bathroom floors, to carpets in hallway.

The picture of the pool online was not the same pool. I picked this hotel because the kids wanted a pool with a waterfall which was shown in picture. The hot tub didn't work like it should and looked dirty.

The employees were great. The breakfast was good with a decent amount of food to choose from. The hot tub was the best!

I loved that there was a smoking area outside making it convenient for me to chill and smoke with my morning coffee.

Most of the breakfast was cold and the bisquets were RAW. No gravy for the bisquets

The hotel is in a good location. There is a lot of parking. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. We will definitely be back.

Clean room. Comfortable beds. Well functioning air conditioning.

The Bed!! I¿d stay here again just because it had a nice bed.

I think they have staffing issues. There were no linens provided for the sleeper sofa. When we went down for linens we asked for an extra blanket but they said they had a full weekend and didn¿t have a lot of clean linens. It was 9pm on Sunday.

We were assigned to a smoking room. But due to my wife's asthma we were able to switch rooms the next day.

Was in the town i needed. Breakfast was good.

Pool was dirty. Mold growing on part of the bathroom wall.

I guess with COVID they didn’t clean room. Could have used more towels and wash rags and soap and shampoo

The aesthetics. Even came equipped with embroidered pillows. 2 "Firm" and 2"Soft". Gorgeous room. Comfy bed with a down comforter.

There were two or three drunk guest placed in the next room. It took two calls to the front desk before he came up to talk to them and I could hear them cuss him out. They must have eventually passed out. They shouldnt been allowed to check in!!!!

The hotel was nice and the staff very friendly and professional! The bed was very comfortable and I loved the hot tub outside in January. The breakfast was hot, delicious and a good variety of items! Will definitely book with this hotel again!

Friendly, courteous staff greeted me plus the room was clean and the bed extremely comfy. There were both foam and down pillows on the bed. Love this Holiday Inn Express!

the tv/cable did not work, we called front, the attendant came to the room, adjusted something,said tv/cable should come on, if not, would have to move to another room, tv/cable came on, next morning, same thing.room did not smell clean. pool closed at 9
