Was told it was renovated due to new owners.Was not. Said was pet friendly but Had to take a smoking room because it was the only pet friendly room left. Carpet was sticky and room smelt terrible.

The rooms are not set up to be safe. The deadbolts are single unit with doors. One kick or a sledge hammer and you¿re in. The door opens to face of bed so no chance for guest to protect themselves. Drain in shower dirty.

The hotel is at a great location.

I’m a disabled person, protected by ADA Federal Rules. I have a Service Dog that travels with me. This establishment doesn’t respect ADA guidelines. I wrote them a message announcing my service dog would be traveling with me. The establishment wrote back stating they would be charging extra for my service dog and further stated they would be charging extra $200 if my service dog barked. These rules are not within the ADA Guidelines. I am a senior that is living on Social Security Checks and can’t afford extra charges such the aforementioned comments.

That i couldn't stay longer. This will be my go-to place when I'm in town again.

I was having problems with the GPS on my phone and it got me and my little boy in a world of hurt! I had to call the motel like 2 or 3 times to find them, which the only thing that needed improvement was you can't directly enter motel from the feeder, you have to come in through a side street. The woman at the motel was understanding, very polite when we got there.

The entrance to the property from the freeway is a little tricky, since you have to enter from the side street.

Super friendly staff, nice clean room and super comfortable bed!!

Water from above room leaked all over our backs. Moved to room next door which was inconvenient

Worst experience EVER!!! Cops were called and owners are full of BULLSHIT LIES.... Tried to reason but they be money hungry foreigners with no respect to other people's property!! Pressed charges and hopefully after this review they have them closed down soon due to their incompetence management

It was very quiet, the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

It's at a good location, staff is very nice, nice pool, comfortable beds , good tv

Very bad wifi that discounts every 3 to 5 minutes and unclean floors, found dirt and hair on floor otherwise everything else was good

We thoroughly enjoyed the location, as it was conveniently close to our event. Although our stay was brief, with just enough time for a shower and approximately seven hours of sleep before an early morning checkout, we found it quite satisfactory. Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast or explore the amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would like to suggest a few updates to ensure privacy.

The guest room curtain did not close completely, allowing passersby to see inside the room. This also resulted in street lights shining through the gaps in the curtain.

The location was perfect for the event I booked. The room was clean and the area was quiet. My check in rep was friendly and kind. The restaurant on location had an excellent ribeye steak w/ sweet potato fries.

The bathroom tub/shower paint was peeling, however the water pressure was outstanding.

It was close to where we needed to be to look at properties to purchase. But there is no competition to be better.

The facility is old & needs updating. A little water was spilled on the tile floor. When wiped up with an extra towel, the towel was black as well as my bare feet. Yuck!

The mattress was comfortable. Cold AC. Good restroom lighting. Room smelled clean. Staff was nice.

We did not have high expectations coming in but since it was the only option in Devine we just went for it. We expected it the room to be outdated, which it was. The bedding was warn and pilling, which was scratchy and uncomfortable.
