Comfort Suites Channelview - Houston East

Nothing good about this hotel, it shows false advertisement saying they offer breakfast and their elevators were broken. Couldn't accommodate a wheel chair, plus they refuse to give me a refund.

Everything, Lobby had no AC, Front Desk Clerk was never there, the store was empty, rooms was dirty, dirty walls, cigarrette burns in blankets, and the sleeper sofa smelled like dog, the shower head did not have good pressure, no blow dryer,

The hot breakfast

The bedding was dirty, TV didn?t work, ice machine was broken, washer and dryer didn?t work, no ice bucket in the rooms, had to be moved to another room because the toilet didn?t work in the initial room

Horrible breakfast. No elevator working New Years day. Toilet back up. No tv.

Nothing! We were not allowed to check in because of a system error on there behalf. The front desk was not receiving calls, the entire process did not allow for us to check in and then the staff canceled the reservation with out my consent.

Everything was so disappointing. My money has not been refunded.

The room size was perfect

The receptionist spoke little English. The toilet broke and no maintenance man on duty , the room had no iron and front desk couldn?t find one, the hotel room also had no ice because the machine was broke. They also did not come clean the room at all.

No towels in room super dirty, no ice or vending machine, lots of people outside loud music

Truck was broken into. As well as another beside us.. this place is gated and the gates lock at a certain time

The staff when we checked in was friendly but didn¿t know how to do a military discount. The night girl was very helpful as well.

I called ahead to ensure that the pool was opened and it wasn¿t, it was closed because it was dirty. Our whole stay was based on the pool because of my twin 4 year old granddaughters. They cried for 3 hours and then got mad at me for lying about the pool.

Close my family price was good No towels in room but asked for some n they provided them The biggest issue was that I left behind a $350 dress behind n reported it as soon as we got home , they told room had not be clean yet but assured me they

I would like my special occasion dress back I have stated receipt. The dress had to have been found after check out ¿. Where :/ who too it ! Aleast provide some sort of compassion for it . I have reciep n picture of dress I wore on the 13 of Aug there

The staff was nice and helpful.

The hotel was not clean it was dirty. The sheets and the pillow covers were all dirty after I asked several times for them to get cleaned and replaced.

Lengthy stay, water was lukewarm everyday but one. Sometimes, water warmed up after reset. Other times, it did not. Also, computer in the business center didn't work. Broken for long time. No printer.

It is clean and some of the staff are responsive. Breakfast includes a variety.

Cable in room didnt work, went down on a daily basis and no one was around to fix it at nights. A few employees suggested I fix it myself but when I unscrewed it, I couldn't screw it back. Mgr wldnt issue any credit for no TV in rm.

Pool was pond water green, security gates did not work,front gate did not work, no door handles only a tie down strap. Elevator smelled and same trash in it for 4 night in a row. Shower head leakes so bad it flooded the carpet, bathroom door wont close.

Loved it . It took me by complete surprise that all the staff was so accommodating and pleasant . The guy that works the day shift made sure when we stayed an extra 4 nights that we got the same price every night . They were so pleasant . It was nice !!

The side door was broken . So if you didn¿t have a rock to leave it ajar , you had to walk all the way around to the front . Other than that it was great !!

Traveling through Texas on the way to another destination we were very pleased to find a clean, roomy hotel room. Beds are comfortable and despite the interstate access it was quiet.
