Clean. Bed comfy

Some hotel staff not professional or helpful. Second time I stayed there and hair dryer basically caught on fire!

Quiet, comfortable, and a bargain. Also allowed us to travel with a cat that requires regular medical attention.

Stained carpet in halls and rust on bath tub. Still well maintained, just signs of wear.

I stay here every time I travel home. The customer service is always great and the free breakfast is great! It's quiet and clean. The girl that works 2-10 is so friendly and helpful. The staff are all friendly and professional.

My only complaint was the hair dryer didn't work and they didn't have any extra. Not the biggest deal!

I stay here often because the staff is very friendly and have good customer service! The breakfast is good and kept hot and fresh. The afternoon front desk person  has always been helpful and friendly!

Only issue I had was hair dryer didn't work so I had to go buy one but that's all

Found German roach in the room, washer and dryer broken, hotel old and in need of an update, especially AC, parking lot entrance dinged the front of my car, not the greatest neighborhood, not the best even for the price.

Nothing I¿ve stayed in better hotel for the same price

The hotel smelled like mold. The wall are dirty with the pool. The hotel smelled all around. My belongings smelled just like the hotel. I had to go buy something the the room to smell better. Breakfast wasn¿t get replenished

Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Pet friendly and front desk helpful and had great customer service!

Location was convenient, but there was mold around the bathroom tub

The confirmed reservation was for 2 Queen Bed, was put in a King bed room! The television did not work, was moved to a room with 2 full size beds! The television did not work either, but the maintenance man was able to get it working! Would NOT stay again

Perfect stay at this hotel. Rooms are spacious & clean! The beds where very comfortable. No problems at all¿¿

Night front desk attendant was friendly. High ceilings.

Room smelled like mold. TV stand was broken and leaning so remote wouldn¿t work when you aimed at it. Shower was black in the corners, hole in the bathroom floor where drain cover was missing. Key card reader to access from parking lot didn¿t work well.

Breakfast was underwhelming. A bag with a sausage and egg muffin to heat for an unspecified time in their microwave, granola bar and muffin, and watered-down OJ. No cereal, hot eggs,milk or waffles/pancakes.

GOOD COFFE AND JUICE SERVICE, BUT NO FOOD.DESAPOINTED.....!

PEOPLE GET HUNGRY WHEREVER THEY GO. MANAGEMENT SHOULD HAVE FOUND THE WAY TO HAVE SOME TYPE OF FOOD AROUND TO SERVE THE CUSTOMERS.

It was very clean, staff was so kind and helpful, I could not have asked for more! Oh and beds and pillows were excellent!!!!!!

Very clean hotel with friendly staff! From checking in to breakfast to room service it is a great hotel. Near the birthplace of Texas!
