New employee (lady) was overly talkative. There is nothing wrong in being nice but to over talk & tell about your life is too much to hold a customer talking for 10 minutes.

The room stunk like it was sour and very muggy.

Comfortable beds, full sized fridge, cooktop, microwave. Wonderful place to stay.

It was wonderful, nothing fancy but very comfortable.

Great location

First room had a water leak in the ceiling, second room smelled very musty for the remainder of the stay.

I guess the room was okay but didn't get to stay there.

Pet owners beware! Manager wanted $150 fee for my 2 dogs, not a deposit but a fee. I refused to pay this fee and was told by the manager I would be refunded for the room. I have since learned the manager has refused to refund for the room.

The bed was comfy. Pool was clean. AC worked well. So nice having the washing/ drying of clothes available.

We liked it all.

I had originally booked joining rooms and when I got there they told me they didnt have that accommodation. When we got to the rooms, they smelled of mold and mildew. When we wanted to use the pool we were told the towels had to be given back to the front desk...so basically go in the pool, get wet, and then give the towel back and go walking to your room soaking wet. The area was gross with the industrial factories that it made us feel sick. I will not being going back to this area and not this hotel.

The location was good and the staff was very nice.

There was a roach crawling in the toaster, the cable was out most of the day, and the smoke alarm kept going off in the middle of the night.

All great. Great location. Terrific and friendly staff. Nice to be able to have my dog with me.

I like the kitchen option for long stays

My room had a musty odor this time.

I like that it’s away from the more busy, high traffic areas, but still close to the friends I was here to visit and to popular restaurants and shopping areas.

The ice maker in my room was broken and made a lot of noise on my first night in town. I had to turn it off and do without ice for the duration of my stay.

This was our first vacation with our one year old, for his and his dad's birthdays and it couldn't have gone better! The room was equipped with everything we could need. Staff was friendly, very clean facility and quiet location. There is a small town with everything you could need minutes away and it's just far enough away from downtown that you miss the busyness, but close enough that it doesn't take more than 30 minutes to get to anything. We will definitely be back!

There wasn't a single thing that I can think to say negatively about our stay.

The property was located in nice area. It was open and well-lit in the parking area with noticeable surveillance which made me feel comfortable parking there. My room was exceptionally clean and well-stocked and the bed was extremely comfortable. I love the Dove products in the bathroom too!!

The recliner in my room was pretty uncomfortable to sit in and would not recline well. Also, the amenities listed that every room had a dvd player, but mine did not. Neither of these were a big issue for me though.
