Hampton Inn Houston Deer Park Ship Area

staff were friendly and professional.. This made all the difference after a bad stay across the street at a different hotel. Will definitely stay at Hampton Inn again.

Our ROOM was A+++++ Everything brand new! Very nice.

Our room seemed very damp.?AC? just not removing any humidity. I was charged $25 at checkin for no reason. ?Incidentals ?? With no Mention by the clerk! It is Sposed to be removed in a few days. Why is it taking so long to redo this place!?

The receptionist is very courteous and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast is great! I will definitely recommend.

Incredible, but one day the room didn?t have water in the restroom. The front desk didn?t do anything.

I loved absolutely everything, from the moment you arrive at the hotel it looks impeccable and the staff is friendly. The rooms are very large and have everything you need to make your stay more pleasant. Breakfast perfect and delicious, they have cereal, oatmeal, waffles, they offered me the loyalty program you can get discounts and other benefits for those of us who are frequent travelers.

My trip, I was excited to get to the hotel so we could relax my 17-year-old grandbaby and I. We had trouble with the TV ? We had to keep the A.C. at 62 degrees just to get to keep it. Cool. I like the front office note about the TV and the AC they told me they were going to set the maintenance the next day. Never came out open the window shade.How to keep everything dark when we turn on?The lights We had a hurry up. And turn off the lights, staying the dark. So, keep the room cool when I told the front. Desk again about it. They offered to move me to another room. But I told the ladies why you wanna move me when I'm about to check out. I tell her or maybe you should give me an extra night for free. Or.To remember me Something The lady set noI come to Deer Park. I try to get hotels caused by my family. This is the second time I've got a different hotel in Deer Park of the sinistry and been very disappointed.

I do not like the fact that I never can affect the AC. My room never got clean. I had garbage powder done I had to ask for tiles, after messing with the TV for a good while we finally got it to work but I paid for I should not have to go through all this. I should have been able to have a nice comfortable room. Not being in the dark to cook at coal. I shouldn't be having trouble with the garbage getting towels. They should have been there and clean for the time that nights 3 days. And no one wants. Can we pick up the garbage? I had to go get towels trash bags myself.

Felt like a new facility. Very clean overall to include the room and restroom. No odder at all in the room or building and kept up very well.

I even left behind a tote bag and called the hotel, they were very nice and held it for a family member to pick up. There was alot of up grades and remodeling done since our last stay, looks and smells clean and fabulous!!! Our favorite hotel!!

That it never said on here that you had to be 21 or older to get a room there and I basically wasted 150$ on the hotel room just to not stay in it. The lady at the front desk was very rude towards me when I walked in

The hotel was clean and decently located to Galveston.

The clerk instead of greeting us decided to answer the phone for a long extended conversation with people where weren't even there! I was very offended we were physically present with a reservation yet she chose to converse with possible guests. Also there was no fridge or microwave in the room.

I booked a hotel room here. I was told when putting in my card reservation to hold the room nothing would be charged until leaving. I decided not to take this room due to me believing there was no power due to recent storms. The phone wouldn't even ring. That didn't stop y'all from charging my card even though we never even showed up. You are lucky my bank intercepted this bogus charge otherwise you'd be speaking to my lawyer instead. Do better!!!

I will spead the word of this bogus charge like wild fire. You are supposed to be reputable company....not after this ? BTW I've stayed in Hilton and Hamilton inns not worth the price y'all charge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I expect a response and an apology for this f up. Do better!!!!!!!!
