In a good area

Bugs in rooms the last 2 times I stayed

Room was not cleaned. Had nail clippings in the bathroom. Smelled like mold, had boogers on the lamp

Heater dis not work the first night and my 83 year old father froze all night because ac would not turn off He complained and was told they would fox it however when we took him back to his room the next night my son had to insist he be moved to anoth

Staff was very helpful. The room was amazing. Very spacious and clean.

Location was good.

Cleaning staff did a very poor job. Did not replace towels or coffee supplies. Poor job cleaning the room.

Has it all for a good price. Heated pool and hot tub, laundry, gym and hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuit and gravy, waffles and the usual cold offerings. Not a restaurant style breakfast but not bad either. Rooms are 3 clean and updated.

The king suite is huge! Theres a bedroom with a king bed, and door that closes off to the living space which is also huge.

The sofabed couch was very old and broken. It flipped and closed in middle of night with people on it. They accommodated by giving us a 2nd room

The extra large room, and the cleanliness and the people were really nice. The breakfast wasn't bad either-scrambled eggs, sausage, cut potatoes or hash browns, biscuits and gravy, waffles, toast or Danish rolls, or bagels, anyway you want it coffee. nice

Nothing, but the water was a little discolored went you take a bath, it must be because of the refineries around the area.

The Internet connection wasn't great. The water was AWFUL!!! It smelled like it came straight from a moldy cesspool in the Houston ship channel. I didn't dare put it in my mouth; I bought bottled water to drink and brush my teeth.

The air freshener in the room was overpowering. Irritating. A/C sounded like an 18 wheeler was running outside the window.

Room looked refreshing especially during a difficult time with the hurricane

We love the office staff, they were very respectful and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

The housekeeper was slightly rude when we asked for our items that were supposed to be provided with our 2 night stay. The indoor pool was too cold to enjoy (which was one of the main reasons we chose this location) and the beds were hard and uncomfortable other than that everything else was wonderful.

No wash cloths or hand towels in our room and staff would not deliver more, I had to go down to get them!Too close to such a large industrial area; wouldn’t stay had I known.Hotel seemed outdated and a few things in the room showed it, didn’t work

Beds were clean

Rooms smell like dog pee, they are humid and hallways to the hotel didn’t seem to have AC running, IT WAS HOT. Staff working overnight was not helpful or welcoming whatsoever honestly just there to collect a paycheck. Horrible horrible stay for a family with a pet.
